Ricky at Len Plumbing is the ultimate pro HVAC service person! He worked over time to ensure my heating system was functioning while he endured severe cold weather during this year’s (2026) winter storm. He ran multiple trouble shooting approaches to ensure he found the best solution for repairing my heating system. Commendable work! Job well done Ricky!

I had the main water valve replaced, a main water line pressure regulator added and the water valve to my refrigerator line replaced.

The technician Joe was an excellent plumber with excellent customer relationship skills. The job was outstanding. I would give the rating a 5 star if the cost were in line with high end estimates that I researched online. I found the average repair costs (at the very high end for this work) is around $1,900. I was charged almost $1,000 more for the job. This seemed a bit unreasonable. As mentioned, the work provided was outstanding!

What was found out about the almost $3,000 charge being in line with a Main Water Line Vale replacement, a Water Line Pressure Regulator addition and a small refrigerator water line valve replacement .. all jobs with easy access for plumbing work (minor drywall cutting)?

Did you find this to be in line with your competition? It was 4 hours of labor (1 talking and 4 working) and 1 Main Water Valve replacement, 1 Main Water pressure regulator added and 1 minor Refrigerator Valve replaced.

I had other work (Upcoming Hot Water replacement and labor to replace 3 toilets in the house) that I am considering .. informed the tech.

Looking at the Invoice, I received I have no idea how much the Main Water Line Valve, Pressure Regulator added to it and small refrigerator valve parts cost and how much labor for the 4 hours (1 talking and 1 working) you charged (installation). There is no breakout on these costs on the invoice that totaled almost $3000 for the work.

During A big nasty ice storm A pipe bursted under our house. This was not A good situation because no one wanted to come out and deal with the ice and the snow. Because of the pipe bursting, this left us with no water at all, cold or hot! We called Len the plumber and A day later we had the pleasure of meeting Brandon B. And team! It was A big job, the crawl space was too small, so they had to go through our floor. He did not mince words, told us what needed to be done and there was no way around it. He gave us A discount ( which helped a lot) tried to keep the cost down and got right to work…and kept working until almost 8 at night! He did not want to leave me and my family without water another day! I was surprised that the bill wasn’t astronomical, it was very fair! These guys are AWESOME! I highly recommend them! Brandon B and team were great workers, did high quality work! And because of the conditions they had to work in just made them that much better!! Thanks Brandon B. And Len the plumber!

Great experience as always. Noticed a water stain which was wet and seeping water onto our drywall near the baseboard. Brandon traced the leak to a portion of the pipe above the stain. It had been slowly dripping for some time as there was also wood damage and some mold. After he fixed this problem he found several other issues which could have become leaks and caused future damage, he fixed those as well. Great to have technicians who just don’t come and fix a problem but try to determine the underlying cause of the issue and see if the are more widespread concerns. Highly recommend Len the Plummer and Brandon!

We called LTP on a Saturday to replace the valves to our washing machine, as they were leaking, preventing the installation of our new washer. Max Tulberg came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes if our calm and took carr if the job. Excellent and prompt service. He also recommended new valves for our outdoor faucets, as it was below freezing out and we wanted avoid pipes bursting. Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service all the way around!

I request service for that evening. All day I keep getting text message's trying to move my schedule up, it was very unprofessional, I had one call, he was trying to charge me extra money for it being at 5:00pm. I got so frustra with them I just cancel that order. I had to call another plumbing company to come out and complete the job. Without any problems. Very professional. Len the Plumber need retain some of theirs staff.

Max did a super job, very knowledgeable and very friendly. Appreciate his feedback on how best to fix the problem. I wish he had cleaned up after the job. Left debris all over the basement floor, even saw me trying to clean it up. I got the impression that is not part of Len the Plumber's job function. Just leave the mess for the homeowner to clean.

I had a busted pipe in my powder room and called Len the Plumber and was able to get same day service. Jimbo was great. He explained what he was doing as well as the cause of my problem. He was quick and did an excellent job repairing the pipe. His assistant was awesome as well.

We are very pleased with the work that Daniel A. completed for us today. We had a toilet that had a number of issues and Daniel did an excellent job of explaining various options to remedy all of the problems that we had. We opted to have the toilet replaced and are very pleased with the new fixture and neatness of the installation. This Len the Plumber employee is highly skilled, personable and we feel lucky that we have found him! We are happy to call Daniel A. our family’s plumber!

Michael fixed our kitchen drain problem. He was friendly and personable. He kept us informed about what he was doing. He was also careful to not make a mess and cleaned up afterwards. He also provided tips on how best to keep the drain clear. We would definitely reach out to Len the plumber again and request Michael. Very happy customer.

Antoine from Len the Plumber was fantastic. He came late in the day on New Year's Day, recognized he needed additional parts after evaluating the situation, contacted Home Depot to ensure they stayed open past closing time to ensure he could acquire the parts, and then came back to the house to complete the repair. He was diligent throughout the repair, even redoing the repair after the first fix had a small leak. Many thanks to Antoine!

I’ve had Len The Plumber out to my home twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. Most recently, Mike handled a main sewer line blockage from the basement to the street. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, taking the time to clearly explain the issue and ensure it was fully resolved.

The pricing was reasonable—actually better than some other plumbers I’ve used in the past—and the quality of service met and exceeded expectations. I don’t typically return to the same service provider unless both the cost and workmanship are solid, and Len The Plumber has proven reliable on both counts. I will absolutely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

Joe did an excellent job repairing the pipes leading to our bathroom and replacing the piping near the hot water heater. Not only is he an excellent technician, but he is polite and explained everything that he was going to do. We highly recommend him.

Great experience with Len the Plumber Service. Slthough a little pricey. I'm very satisfied with the service. The technician, Mustafa was professional, polite, and informative. He and the other technician did an excellent job replacing my well pump. They took the time to ensure my water was flowing properly and shared maintenance tips.
