We had a great experience with Len The Plumber, thanks to our plumber Mark Martin. He was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He took the time to look at a few different issues for us and clearly explained what was going on, how he planned to fix them, and why he recommended the solution he chose. He also walked us through other possible options so we felt informed and confident in the decision. His professionalism and willingness to explain everything really stood out. I would absolutely recommend using Len the Plumber and when you do, request Mark by name.

We had a very good experience with Len The Plumber. Our initial phone call was answered by a knowledgeable person who guided the conversation through the information needed to get the correct technician deployed.

Our technician, Chris Chavez, contacted us in advance of arrival, as we were told in our initial phone call would be the process, and Chris arrived within the promised time window.

This is a rental property, so we were not present on-site, however our renter was present. Chris communicated well both in person with the renter and with us over the phone, providing the diagnosis and remedy, and he appropriately shifted to communicating only with us for talking through specifics and costs to arrive at a final decision.
In our case it was a water heater replacement and associated installation of an overflow tank, new valves, drip pan, etc.

Chris was very patient and professional with us, explaining all the options and answering repeat questions to ensure we understood and were comfortable moving forward.

Chris completed the job that day and even handled some unexpected issues along the way at no additional cost.
While water heater replacements are not inexpensive jobs, Chris's communication and professionalism throughout the process contributed greatly to reducing our stress in the situation.

This was a positive, professional interaction and an experience from which we would recommend Len The Plumber.

Daniel was absolutely fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my hot water heater, explained everything clearly, and replaced it the very same day. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly and personable, which made the whole experience stress-free.

They ruined our bath tub and wreaked havoc on our house unnecessarily. Inexperienced plumber removed unnecessary pipes and cut out a vent and other things. Multiple days went by before a master plumber came out to fix what was messed up.
Now we have a destroyed bath tub, destroyed molding, and a complete mess. Bath tub was in great shape before and now it’s permanently stained and scratched.

This was my first experience with Len the Plumber, and Gil, the technician, couldn't have been more knowledgeable or more professional. He took great care in maintaining and repairing my heating system and replacing a broken humidifier. The house is new to me, so he took the time to explain how the systems work and good practices to keep them running for a long time. Gil went above and beyond, and I'll be a returning customer for sure.

Jimbo Milligan communicated well, did good clean work, asked for my agreement before doing anything, showed me his work and asked me to double check it all, and cleaned up well before he left. He worked at a steady professional pace to get things done but without any rush or haste. Everything was done deliberately and of high quality. Good, quick, quality work all around. I was so fortunate to work with Daniel and Vlad for my water heater installation. Daniel provided excellent communication to include arrival time. The team was punctual. The work was completed in less time than expected. Extra shut off valve was installed (the main is located in the garage). They did a great job. The cost was as expected.
Ask for this team in Northern VA. You wont be disappointed.

Brandon arrived in short notice when we had a main drain backup, impacting our entire home. He was quick to identify and resolve the issues, as well as taking his time answering our questions and providing us the necessary information to make intelligent decisions. Outstanding! Lost my water heater while everything was covered in ice outside. They showed up next day an replaced the water heater. Person on the phone scheduling was awesome, but Daniel was over and above great. Respectful, knowledgeable, prepared, and very friendly. When he arrived, he jumped right it verifying my issue, he listened to me, offered options for me, and got to business taking care of me. Could not have had a nicer person represent the company! Cannot say enough about Daniel and Vlad, they kept he mess contained, cleaned up when finished, no damage to the house, and hot water too. Mr Brandon Barden did excellent professional work. He installed a natural gas line for my new range. Brandon is courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very talented. I couldn’t be happier with Len the Plumber. I will continue to call on them in the future especially if can specifically ask for Brandon. He is the very epitome of a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ master technician.

James Milligan was great! Very personable and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Got the fix done quickly after assessing the issue. Workmanship is what was expected from someone who has been doing this work for 40 years. He kept me in the loop as he made the repairs about what he was doing and highlighted the difference in materials as well as how the new items would work better.

New clean out valve and drain in bathtub with seals have fixed the leak.

This repair was very pricey considering what was done, and level of repair needed was changed providing the new price after the work was already done. Make sure you discuss any adjustments to the cost through the repair to ensure you aren’t paying too much. Was told there was no financing option even though the website says there is, so check on that before services are rendered if that is the way you want to go.

Herbert with Len the Plumber was great. On time, courteous, cleaned up and most important, fix my problem. I highly recommend and will use again.

The entire process was super easy and convenient from start to finish. Was able to schedule the appointment right away and Michael D was perfect for the job. He worked with us to ensure we had all the correct parts and the faucet install went off without a hitch.

Heidel went absolutely above and beyond, being blindsided at the last minute that an hook up could not happen, and taking the time explain in detail the issues we had. He spent about two hours helping explain that if he did what I hired him to do, not only could they not warranty it, there was a good chance of eventual carbon monoxide poisoning. He helped explain this to my insurance company in a way it could be understood. I was so grateful for his honesty that I started crying and hugged him. Honestly goes further than ANYTHING. To be clear, THIS WAS NOT A SALES PITCH! Further, he gave me extensive input as to how to better the healthier air flow through my upstairs by adding vents above doors . He is an absolutely invaluable resource and employee. As someone with extreme dry eye disease, he also taught me how beneficial a full house humidifier would rather benefit me, as, having just had massive water damage, I wanted a DEHUMIDIFIER. I’m so grateful this stranger was sent to my home. I’m serious when I said I cried. This has been the most stressful thing I’ve ever experienced and he made it so much EASIER. All customers should ask for him!!!

Daniel Aguilar did an excellent job fixing our leaky toilet. He quickly identified the issue, explained the process clearly, and gave helpful advice along the way. The repair was done the same day, which made everything very convenient for us. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Daniel if you need a reliable plumber.

James Milligan came back to my home to perform a leak test on the main line to the house after I consulted with him. I am in the process of selling and the buyers had two “plumbers” come and look at a “suspected” leak. Neither performed an actual leak test, but both said it was leaking and the main would need to be replaced at a cost of around $10K. James told me although the test would cost me $309 it would be money well spent if it demonstrated there was no leak (he suspected it was not leaking). After 30 minutes of watching the meter after shutting off the main it hadn’t moved. NO LEAK! James saved me from having to argue about a $10K subsidy/main line replacement. 5 stars just doesn’t cut it…10 stars!! Jim is a huge asset to Len the Plumber, no question about it!

We had a great experience with Mustafa at Len the Plumber! Our water heater started leaking and Mustafa came out the next morning, on a Sunday. He was extremely professional, honest, and took the time to walk us through several replacement options at different price points so we could make the best decision. Daniel Aguirre did an amazing job replacing our water heater. He truly Exceeded our expectations In his work, detailed explanations, speed and professionalism. We have a 1959 home and are so impressed. When you think about before and after pictures, you don’t usually think about your plumbing and utility closet , but if you could see ours you would get it. I was extremely impressed with the work completed by Mr Mark Martin from Len Plumbing. He was very pleasant and extremely professional. He arrived on time, assessed the plumbing issue I needed addressed, and completed the work in less than an hour. I wanted a valve to be replaced and we discussed a moving a second valve to make it more accessible. He completed both tasks and now both valves are functional and accessible. I will definitely contact Mark for all of my future plumbing needs. Excellent, excellent professional to work with. Thank you Len the Plumber for sending Mark Martin my way!!

Service Call to determine why newly installed water heater was turning off intermittently. Turns out the external vent was damaged by an ice block falling on it from the roof, impeding air flow. Dale inspected the unit, identified the problem (and another which will be fixed under warranty). Overall, timely and excellent service as we have experienced with Flood and their service people!
