Awesome work. Heat is back on! Dylan was punctual and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and obtain a unique part that the unit required quickly after a series of phone calls to suppliers.

Recently had a brand new a/c unit installed and have issues with the install. And after several phone calls no one has reached out to remedy the situation. There is damage to the newly installed unit and I can not get the “install team manager” to call me back after speaking with multiple representatives and assured I would receive a call. They also installed a replacement thermostat after us requesting to not install it as we had current thermostat that did not need replacement. Our initial meeting with the sale representative was great and he was very knowledgeable. The install technicians were also great. I understand things happen but after spending several thousand dollars on a new unit for it to have damage? This is not acceptable. Still waiting on a “install team manager” to call me back to offer a solution to our concerns.

EDIT : nearly two months later I have yet to hear from RS Andrews about and acceptable solution to the install issues and quality of workmanship. I have made several attempts to have management contact me back but yet I have RS Andrews attempting to call me to sell me other services on a "new" unit that is less than months old. I would appreciate RS Andrews following up with me from someone of positional authority to remedy this issue.

Here we are several weeks later and still no resolution. They sent is an NDA to silence us in exchange for removing our unit and leaving us with nothing. I have children, pets, and a disabled veteran wife at home. They want to leave is worse off then when they found us. This speaks volumes for the so called CARE for their clients. Still waiting for a viable solution to this problem.

This company had no problem being on the spot to sell me a new unit, but when it came time to have the unit serviced, I couldn’t get the company to come out. They kept canceling appointments. I spoke to management who assured me that that wouldn’t happen again and it happened again. So I got another company to come out and service the unit because I wanna make sure I maintain it and they found a pretty serious issue with RS Andrew’s installation. The return plenum was not even attached to the unit.

WOW. I genuinely cannot say enough great things about my experience with RS Andrews, especially my technician, Donovan Davis.

Donovan was absolutely outstanding from the moment he arrived. He came out for a diagnostic because our primary heat wasn’t coming on, and instead of just telling us what was wrong, he took the time to walk us through everything. He brought us directly to the unit, explained exactly what the system should be reading, and showed us the proper numbers so we could fully understand the issue. That level of transparency and care is rare and incredibly appreciated.

His knowledge of our HVAC system was next-level, and it was obvious he truly knows his craft. On top of being extremely knowledgeable, Donovan was polite, professional, and respectful throughout the entire visit. His professionalism was impeccable, and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring.

I also want to point out how much I appreciated RS Andrews as a company. Because we had another issue last month, they applied a discount of about $70 off this diagnostic, which really showed they care about their customers and stand behind their service.

If I ever need service from RS Andrews again, Donovan will 100% be my go-to technician. This is the kind of service that turns a one-time customer into a customer for life. Highly, highly recommend!!

Employees are extremely rude. If you liked getting cussed at then they’re your business. Being polite goes a long way but they don’t even have that so why give them your business.

Ampmor installed the HVAC systems when our house was built in 2001. With 2 systems, we’ve contacted them several times in the last 19 years. Their response is rapid and everyone from the office staff to technicians are pleasant and personable. Our HVAC issues were resolved efficiently and professionally. We’re happy we called them initially all those years ago. We’d definitely recommend Ampmor Electric for anyone in need of HVAC service.

Ampmor replaced a section of ducting in the crawl space after a portion of it had collapsed. The work was completed with no issues. Chad was efficient, courteous and professional and did an outstanding job.

The tech knew exactly what to do and finished quickly. Our house is toasty warm now.

Service Technician arrived on time, was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Explained everything in clear understandable terms. Technician took multiple clear photographs of key features of equipment and explained these photographs in clear lay terms. Also ran through the findings related to the normal function of the equipment. In the past these visits have found subtle problems that were easily corrected before they became major expenses. Great organization. Highly recommended. Ampmor's yearly service agreement is well worth the annual fee (300-400 dollars per year).

Our water heater was leaking all over the garage. Called Ampmor first thing in the morning. They had a tech out that day, had it removed and replaced w a tankless gas water heater. Love it! Great job, very professional, everything is cleanly done, very happy with their work!
