Jesse from Weathermakers was on time and ready to get to the root of our problems with our Geo Thermal unit. We had other companies before who came to fix it but it always went down again. No one had gone into the attic. I didn’t even know there was anything connected to it up there. It was a hot day but Jesse spent almost 2 hours up and down, inside and outside. He told me the real problem and fixed it. AC is working fine and we’re nice and cool. Cost was reasonable and included a check up for the fall included! We are really impressed! Thank you Weathermakers for making my day!!

Not only was Mike more knowledgeable, but he fixed the problem on the spot, and for quite a bit cheaper than the out of pocket cost quoted by the home warranty company. Weather Makers is your ONLY choice. HVAC is way more complicated than you think, especially in this region where it’s humid, the excessive hot summers are getting longer AND most houses were built with the HVAC air handler put in an unconditioned attic space.

Our HVAC company of 20 years wouldn’t call us back when I called about an air balance issue. Another company did the same. I won’t leave bad reviews for those company’s but Weather Makers was able to figure out the solution with all the complicated parts and hard work (an old air handler has to be taken out of the attic and a new one put in). MANY HVAC COMPANIES DO NOT KNOW HOW TO BALANCE THE AIR FOR OUR AREA AND FOR YOUR SPECIFIC STRUCTURE, but they don’t want to tell you that. They will just replace the system you have with the duct structure already in place and not evaluate if it’s actually balanced or not. We were told by a non-HVAC professional that our air wasn’t balanced and the HVAC company that did it wouldn’t call us back!

Weather Makers will try and give you 1-3 options because of cost. You can choose. They do have financing and we put $5,000 down (not required) and qualified for 48 months same as cash. We chose the middle option. You do have to choose if you want to invest any money in an old system that could break from something else. They tell you. They will do what you choose, and they understand people have budgets, but they definitely give customers a full spectrum of options based on cost and it is a gamble to work on an old HVAC system even if part of it is working.

HVAC in this area is almost like a living vascular system to the house and every house is built differently. Weather Makers has several layers of intelligent professionals that can correctly balance the elements of your individual home. AND THEY WILL STAY WITH YOU. We have a medical requirement that is extremely unique and may have additional demands. Weather Makers is committed to return visits and monitoring and even built in a plan that allows for future adjustment capabilities as needed.

Weather Makers guy came for the $89 diagnosis(which i thought was a fair price) on the 21st of October for our 3 year old oil furnace because the heat wouldn't cut on at all however I started to suspect that the guy wasnt sure exactly why the heat wouldnt run because once he did get it on there was a new loud vaccuum like sound everytime it ran but the guy was like "alright i got it working". I had to tell him it had never made that sound before that something was still wrong in order for him to look into it further. He did tell me to run it when we needed to but honestly im scared itll cause more damage with the ring gasket rubbing against some kind of wheel. (He told me that was why it was making the loud noise) I was told id receive a call with an estimate and date. Was told we needed a new motor which the system is still under warranty that it would come out to over $500. At the very end of the 2 hour window I received another call saying the wrong part was ordered that it had to be reordered on the 4th of November. Tried calling again today the 10th of November i was told no update on the part that she would call me back and never did. Now that it's dropping below freezing ill have to go through another company. My family and i can no longer wait its way to cold at night. Sad really could have at least told me they weren't coming back.

If you want a reputable company with an owner that stands by his word, look no further. I have had Weathermakers do my maintenance for the past 10 years. Last year, they replaced my entire HVAC at a very reasonable cost. I shopped around and got 5 different quotes. Fast forward to yesterday, my AC wasn't keeping up on an 82 degree day. Anthony, one of his great techs, came out and found a bad TXV valve. My warranty had expired 2 weeks ago. Mike, the owner, called me and said that even though the manufacturer wouldn't honor the parts or labor, said that he would cover THE ENTIRE COST! It is difficult now days to find good companies! Hats off to Weathermaker's and Mike!

Had two AC units replaced. Very thorough and professional job. Transition and fitment person was also very professional. Price for installation best one out of three I had quoted. I use this firm for prepaid maintenance also.

First, I want to say that Weather Makers has sent service technicians to our home on a few occasions and all of them have been courteous and polite and tried their best to address our concerns. This being said, Jessie was the epitome of a true knowledgeable problem solver! He listened to us when we were describing the issues and did not make us feel as though we were imagining things. We've been using Air Handlers for the past few years. We started using them after feeling pressured by other companies to purchase a new unit instead of maintaining our current one.
The technicians and office staff are always professional, polite, and timely. We recently had a new unit installed and we're very impressed by the quality of install by Cody, Alex and Nate. They took their time to ensure that everything was installed correctly.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. My AC unit went out and I contacted several companies for help and could not get an appointment because they were overbooked. The day I contacted Air handlers, they sent a service technician out to help me within 4-5 hrs to check our system and see where the problem was. They gave me a temporary solution, allowing us to have air in the house after 3 days of scorching heat. That night we were given a quote and able to set up the actual service appointment. The initial appointment was reasonably priced and the price to fix the issue was also reasonable and fair. Service was quick. They did a great job explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done to repair it. This is definitely a 5 star company and I would recommend them to anyone seeking AC service.
