When we moved, we kept our Red Ribbon plan with Air Handlers and just had our heating checked and filters replaced for the coming cold season. Cody was extremely professional and remedied a couple of things that likely would have caused us problems. We are very happy with the services they provide and their technicians.

We just had our first service in our new home and Nate was terrific!

Addendum: We decided to install a ductless minisplit AC/Heat Pump Unit in our finished room over the garage, as it gets hot in the Summer. Joshua arrived to give us an estimate that same day, and said it could be installed in a couple of weeks. Today they installed the unit and heat pump outside, and we are so happy with the quality of the work done by Marty and Javon. Working in temps up to 96 degrees outside, they worked almost non-stop, other than to retrieve some other parts needed to complete the work. Both were very professional, friendly and protected the floors in our home and cleaned up after themselves. The room over the garage now has high quality Mitsubishi 12K BTU, 33.1 SEER, mini-ductless that will keep the room cool in the heat of Summer and toasty in the Fall and Winter. In the second photo is where they ran the ducting through the top of the closet we had in the room, concealing the pipes for a very nice finished look, without impacting closet space. Great job Air Handlers!

Air Handlers Heating and Cooling in Chesapeake- so far so good. My furnace stopped working yesterday morning. This company was my second HVAC diagnostic. Daniel S is an amazing service technician. He displayed incredible skill, knowledge and integrity. He was quick, transparent, friendly and professional. This family owned company appears to prioritize their clients and staff over “closing big sales”- which is greatly appreciated. Im hopeful this technical repair will be sufficient. Assuming all goes well, I look forward to replacing my HVAC system with this company in the future.

From the start, everything went well communication was excellent. Always on time. Work was performed on time and Clean could not be happier.

I moved into a new build and Coastal Breeze installed all my HVAC systems. They were prompt in scheduling an appt and were very thorough checking my gas heater and making sure vents were circulating air properly. The technicians answered all my questions and explained what they repaired so I could understand - very pleased.

The service tech today was so experienced, professional and went out of his way to explain everything he did to repair our system.
