I have been with Coastal Breeze from the very beginning! They installed a new HVAC when I needed one (on the coldest day of the year, with smiles and jokes), perform seasonal maintenance, and have replaced the old ductwork in my 1929 farmhouse. Coastal Breeze treats my home as if it is their own. Everyone on staff is knowledgable and personable. I love that they talk to me about my options and take the time to explain anything that I don't understand. Alex responds quickly and makes sure that everything is completed to perfection. I highly recommend this company! They set the bar for honesty and integrity.

New to town and our house and we lost our heat. Coastal Breeze was amazing at helping us out on one of the coldest days of the winter. They came right out to diagnose the problem and came right back the next day to completely replace our system. The techs were so friendly, efficient, and treated our property like it was theirs. And the office staff, Madison, was so compassionate and worked magic to fit us into the schedule.

Excellent service! Our heater went out Sunday morning in our new construction home. I scheduled an appointment that night, and they showed up exactly as promised at 8:30 a.m. the next day. Called on Thursday late afternoon about ac acting up Leonard’s technician Darrel was here Friday morning ran a test lucky for us it was a loose valve that caused a leak Darrel fixed it ran another test to make sure and we’re chilling down within an hour of them showing up big thanks highly recommend Leonard’s team for your hvac system

Darrel Buckner the technician from Gregory's HVAC showed up as scheduled. He offered a pleasant greeting and went straight to diagnosing the Fault with my AC not blowing cold. He found and replaced the faulty component in less than one hour.
After repair he verified the air coming from vents were cooler before departing.
