James was courteous and figured out the problem and fixed it in a timely matter. We had Gregory's Heating and cooling install ductwork and a new heat pump earlier in the year. My husband called on Monday after noticing a service code on our thermostat. They sent out a service pro the next day. We are pleased to say this company provides excellent customer service after the sale.

Our HVAC system decided to stop working. Gregory's came out immediately, gave us a fair price and made sure they had a new one in place within a short period of time. Excellent experience compared to non-fun hour. Tech was nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. Guessed the issue (correctly) listening to my story and said, I'm going to check everything to make sure. Tested everything, fixed the issue,and then tested everything again to be sure there was nothing else. Definitely recommend.

The technician,Will, was outstanding. Had to make a couple small repairs but had parts on the truck and knocked it out. Entertained all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Very happy we had Will and highly recommend! He’s my guy for all future visits!

Smooth as silk. Techs Jeremy and Chaise showed up on time, Both Technicians went right to work removing old HVAC units. "Professional and knew what they were doing" Installed a new 3 Ton YORK system. In under a day. WOW! Almost no noise from outside unit! Looks great! Truly happy that we picked the York Horizontal Discharge Heat Pump or the outside unit It's a smaller footprint and did I say it's super quite. I made a paver pad for there pad to sit on raising it enough so no weeds can grow around it. As you can see It really looks and runs great. Thanks Millers

Fantastic service today with Brian & Ares. They replaced a 30-year gas boiler within a day, they worked 9+ hours and did a fantastic job. It's amazing to have all the radiators working!!!
