Alex and his group of professional and kind experts game me a great price for a full HVAC system replacement w/ a 10 year warranty on parts and labor to swap out our 17 year old system. It was still working but only blowing room temp air and it was starting to get uncomfortable in our home even on days when it wasn't even 80 outside yet. I was never pressured into buying anything and they offered monthly financing which made this actually affordable for me. Now my family is ready for the summer, and our home finally has ice cold air blowing constantly. Super grateful. Highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs!!

Wow,these two young fellows showed up and hit the ground running.they did a complete system upgrade in the attic blower unit and the outside unit and they were done in 4 hours. Very proffessional job.I will recommend Coastal Breeze heating and cooling to anyone.

We lost heat last night around midnight. With a 6month old and 2 older children temperatures in the single digits with the wind chill time was of the essence. We called coastal breeze heating and cooling at 8am Madison whom answered the phone was great she got all our info and had someone to our home by 11am. Chase came listen to our concerns and got straight to work. In no time he figured out what was wrong and got us up and running in no time. This company and there employees are top notch. Coastal Breeze HVAC & Plumbing has done very well for my family and I over the years. From new duct work installs at my dwelling to a full service, twice a year, service contract for my parents AC unit, I’d never call anyone else. True professionals and better humans, give these guys a call!

I've been using Coastal Breeze for many years now. I used them for HVAC when I lived at my old house, and had them install my entire HVAC system and plumbing at my newly built house this year.

At my old house, my 20 year old HVAC system broke in the middle of summer when my wife was 9 months pregnant. An emergency, to say the least.

I called, and Alex came out immediately at 11pm, diagnosed the issue, and ordered a new blower motor for us. Not only that, but given we were under a heat advisory and the fact my wife was pregnant, he voluntarily brought along a window unit for us to use in the meantime. This held us over until the part got in the next day, and as soon as it did, he came out and fixed our system.

As for the new build in 2025, the process was incredibly smooth, quick, and seamless. No stories here other than it simply works as it should, and that I had a couple of questions regarding how to use the thermostat, which they quickly helped me out with.

All-in-all, they really are a great, local company. I recommend them to everyone I know and they've all been happy with the results.

We used this company to install a new HVAC in the summer and convert an oil heat system to gas. We had used them in the past for A/C issues in the past for repairs. All of their personnel/technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They will answer any and all questions you might have. We have also used their plumbing services and those are excellent too. I highly recommend this company.
