I have used Air Handlers for over 22 years and three homes. It is nice to work with a family business who are excellent in their field and honest. I certainly recommend Air Handlers to anyone needing any type of HVAC work. Today, technician Cody performed my preventive maintenance for the fall. Cody was friendly, respectful and thorough. It is nice to know there are still companies like this that really care about their customers.

I had the pleasure of having the most extraordinary experience with Matt from this company. His professionalism, expertise, and kindness was truly remarkable. Not only he fixed the issue with my AC system promptly but also took the time to explain everything in detail. Matt’s compassionate and kindhearted nature made the entire service call a pleasant one. The technicians were great and worked quickly and efficiently and explained everything that I needed to know.

Matt came over to look at our a/c problem. He tried everything he could do, but in the end we need to replace the blower motor. Matt was very knowledgeable and professional. I am hoping he will be the one to replace our blower motor.

Another tech came out to do the install and his name is Cody. He was also very professional and did an awesome job. I now have my a/c back! This company is awesome to deal with and they came out with their initial assessment on that day I called when others were telling me it would take a week to get someone to come. Great company to deal with!

Daniel came in got straight to work, he explained everything throughly has a very positive attitude. We need people with his attitude all over!!!

You can tell when a company values quality workmanship and Nate, Marty, and Javon were no exception to this. They were very professional and went above and beyond to perform a high quality installation of a new system. Its increasingly difficult to find companies and individuals that perform quality workmanship like this. I would gladly have this company do a new install or any maintenance on my system in the future.

Arrived on time for our maintenance plan and was quick & efficient. Cody, our technician, was friendly & personable, taking time to explain what was being done & why. Nathan came today for bi yearly service.He was on time, friendly and professional.
Performed a very intensive check of Mt Heating system, possible the best I have ever had.
He recommended a future service and I will utilize him again in the spring...for that maintenance..

Quality work from start to finish. Installers and the electrician were great people. Josh was also easy to work with. They all answered my questions and were professional. Had a minor issue and they came back to solve as quick as they could.

This is our first time using Air handlers. They were recommended by our neighbor and I will be recommending them to anyone that needs this service. They got us on the schedule right away and the technician, Nate, was very professional and informative. He showed up on time and got us back up and going in a short time then made knowledgeable recommendations. Cost was extremely reasonable. We highly recommend this company for their expert and friendly service.

Air Handlers was recommended to us several years ago. At that time we bought a Carrier unit from them. They serviced that for a few years and we didn't follow through with the yearly checkups. We needed service again just to be safe. I called on Saturday and it was not an emergency and they came out today(Monday) . Took care of business. Glen was great & explained all he did for us. A super company to deal with. Thanks to all.

Have used this company to maintain my HVAC systems for years. Cody came on an emergency call to repair air conditioning during a very severe heat spell. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to get system running rapidly.

We recently contracted with Air Handlers to service our heating and cooling systems.
The technicians are punctual, courteous, and provide excellent service.

My A.C. was not cooling the house sufficiently from the beginning of warm season. Called these folks from a recommendation. Cody was excellent in his diagnosis....and the fee for him to come do a diagnosis was very reasonable. The next day a service manager emailed me an estimate. That's where the wheels fell off the wagon.

It was three times more than what I imagined it could be. Ridiculous!! And the estimate did no detail how much was for parts, or labor, etc.. I called the service manager to get a breakdown, only to be told he wasn't going to give me one, and if I didn't care for the estimate I should move on.

Just met this company and very satisfied! Have had 2 visits that was needed.
Did my homework looking for professional service company and maintenance plan. They are professional, communication on phone with my concerns was outstanding. The technician asked questions we engaged conservation about my system and I was already looking to get a maintenance plan. I did my research prior too I purchased a perfect plan for my system and my budget. Good to go for the hot weather bring it on !!!

I have been a customer of Air Handlers for over 20 years. Bill and his team are courteous, professional and customer focused. They are on time and can usually fix the problem the same day or day after. During my last call to them Nate and Matt came out. Both were knowledgeable about my old unit and even suggested some other work that could be done to improve system efficiency. They were both very professional and explained things so that I could understand it. I highly recommend them!

Five years ago, in 2019, Air Handlers did an excellent job of replacing two new Carrier brand AC units. I sincerely appreciated their job. In 2025, one of my AC units was not working, I called them for service. I paid the service call fee of $159 as they came on the weekend. The technician said the motherboard has gone bad and should be replaced. Fortunately, it was covered under the 10-year warranty. He said I need to pay only for the labor. We agreed. The next day, I get an estimate close to $500. Remember, it was an "estimate". After I consented, the next day, the technician came and replaced the board in an hour's time.

When they billed me for $500, my only question was, "What you sent me earlier was an estimate. The technician took less than an hour to finish his job. Are there any revisions to the estimate?" I paid the full amount. Air Handlers took it as an offence and blacklisted me. Two weeks later, the AC stopped working. When I called them, they said, "We cannot provide service to you," and hung up the phone!

That was rude, in my opinion. I thought customers were always right. I am such a nice person (at least I think I am, and I have not gotten into any trouble with anyone). Although I lost $500 (as the AC is not working after I paid for their service), I will not call them for service again in my life.
