Leonard is a great guy and very responsive. The tech that serviced my unit was very professional, easy to talk to and explained to me everything he did.

Darrell arrived on time and addressed the issue we were having promptly. He cleaned the unit- gaged the temp. Inside the house vents. He gave us excellent service, and I would recommend Gregory’s . Honest, friendly, reasonably priced service. That’s what I want every time!

Excellent fast service came out on a hot Sunday and had my AC fixed within minutes due to a faulty power switch on my unit. Save me from having to put a claim in with my homeowners insurance company and jacking up my overall mortgage rate at the end of the year. Fast reliable and great service.

Great experience with this company. My AC stopped working during the hottest week ever and they were able to come out the next day to look at it. They also had the parts ordered and came back to fix it in the same day. They were communicative with prices and arrival times. Highly recommend to everyone!!

They came out today for my semi-annual HVAC preventative maintenance visit. I've been using this company for over 10 years - started when I bought my current home that still had a wall unit heater (and window a/c). A few years later, I had them install a split unit - a true upgrade at a great price!! These guys are always great - professional, knowledgeable and personable. Late afternoon service call answered & early morning appointments that fit my schedule. I always recommend Gregory's Heating & Cooling to family and friends.

I had a broken air conditioner and they came to remove the old one and replace it with a brand new unit. They were on time and worked hard through a hot day! They had all the materials, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after! I have working AC!! I will for sure use them again!

Our church had to shut the doors because the heating system was not working properly after 10 - 12 inches of snow fell in Virginia Beach. I called Gregory's and they quickly responded. I was very appreciative as I noticed Darrell's efforts to get to the root of the problem by maneuvering the tight places in the attic. That, to me, was amazing!
He went about troubleshooting the various units, vents and thermostats. He did an expert job Highly recommended!

In Reference to my previous review, I was never told about an option of Saturday. I called back after my designated time, because no one contacted me letting me know that there was even an issue or an emergency fix came up, and I was told the earliest they could reschedule was Monday. I told them that I was a teacher and that I had already taken off two days, one for the inspection and one for the appointment, and that I could not take another day off work. I understand emergencies arise, however I was never given the options that you stated in your reply to my previous comments. I do appreciate you trying to right the wrong so I will be contacting you for a Saturday appointment and I do appreciate the 10% off. I will return to rerate after my service is complete.
