Fast, quality service with fair prices. ARS Rescue Rooter and F H Furr both had much higher prices with a lot of pressure to replace my entire HVAC system instead of replacing the broken part.

The receptionist transferred me to a technician to talk about what needed to be done. He was very helpful and transferred me back to the receptionist to set up an appointment. Unfortunately, she decided that they did not make service calls to high rise condominiums. I asked why, because the technician said it was not a problem. She said she would have the manager call me and that was the last I heard.

This is my GOTO HVAC company!!!! I've even had to call them in AFTER others tried to scam me into buying a new system, mine is a 1989 Trane A/C system. They are busy, but THIS is because they are sooooo good. They could have charged extra but pointed out I did not require more coolant, but the capacitors had blown the fuse and needed to be replace. After work, they tested the IN and OUT of the A/C and it was within tolerances and has worked SUPERBLY ever since their repairs.

I’ve been using Condon-Reed for years and years because they are an honest, fair and professional company. And when it comes to pricing, they are very fair; you always get what you pay for. They replaced a 14 year old contractor-grade system yesterday at my house and they did an excellent job. Their crew was fantastic! They were on-time, respectful, knowledgeable, cleaned up afterwards… just an all around good group of guys. I will always call Condon-Reed for our HVAC needs. This is my third time using Condon Reed. Every time, they have tried to see if they can help me solve the problem by myself--- to save me a time and money-- at the cost of them not doing a service call. Incredible! I am impressed with their honesty, professionalism and thoroughness. I will need to replace my AC soon, I know who I am calling. My electrician wants their number too. He was impressed as well.

One of THE BEST HVAC companies around. My dad used this company for over 30 years and I do now. They are honest, reliable and punctual. They are not the biggest or have fancy TV ads, but they get the job done for a reasonable price and always give you all the available options to fix as opposed to just the most expensive.

One of the workers literally peed in my yard, I have dogs and kids who play back there. he didn’t ask to use the bathroom inside our home he just did it out in the open. When I confronted him about it, he just said “huh?” like he didn’t know what I was talking about, then walked to his car and drove off. The HVAC job took way longer than it should have it felt like they were dragging it out just to charge more. And of course, the system stopped working again the very next day. Unprofessional, disgusting, and a complete waste of money. I’d never let this company near my home again.

The worst service you can expect, the contractor came in for 5minutes and charged 120 dollars for nothing. He didn’t even diagnose the issue and not even respond for any queries. Never never ever try their service. Very very very bad service.

I knew more about refrigerator repair then this guy. We were told it could take 6 hours for the voltage to reach 220 volts. "Voltage increases slowly." Wow. That is insane

I’m very unhappy with this company. My home warranty contracted them to fix my appliance. They spent 2 months going back an forth, wasting my time and nothing is fixed. Keep in mind the appliance is 2 years old.

If your home warranty assigns you to this contractor, please do yourself a favor and ask for a different company. Absolutely rude and unprofessional wasted our time for several months.

Worst company ever. They were assigned to me by AHS to fix my microwave door handle. They ended up causing permanent damage to the microwave board, plus they broke some valuable statues in my house.
