Contracted thru our home warranty service. Was very responsive. Correctly diagnosed and repaired our dishwasher. No problems at all. Responded to text messages quickly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE AND THEY ARE ASSIGNED, ASK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY.

I moved into a home and purchased insurance on my appliances. My refrigerator went out and I called the insurance company and this company was assigned. THEY TOLD THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT IT WAS A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION that we were aware of. Our inspection of the home had no such documentation of a leak. MY CLAIM WAS DENIED and now I’m out of pocket thousands of dollars.

AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

Service provider was rude, unprofessional, and refused to wear a mask during the service. This company was engaged to make repairs to the washing machine at my home. The owner and his apprentice arrived at my home to completed the required repairs. I noticed that the apprentice had removed his mask. At which point, I respectfully requested that he wear a mask while completing work in my home. He placed the mask on his face. I later returned to the laundry room to find the apprentice maskless and out of breath. I again asked him to wear his mask and noted that if they refused to wear a mask in my home during a pandemic, they would have to leave my home. I later related the same information to the owner. The owner initially stated something to the effect of "don't worry about it, just say away from where we are working." The most interesting statement came later when he said, "we are not allowed to wear a mask when working." At which point, I indicated that if they were going to complete the work in my home they would be required to wear a mask pursuant to current CDC protocol. The owner began packing up his tools and stated that they were leaving. Interestingly after the interaction, the owner misrepresented the situation by stating that the mask slipped twice. The mask that was being worn by the apprentice appeared to be KN95 type mask which does not slip. Employ this company at your peril.

My lg refrigerator was not cooling I used them and they show up same day and fixed it also same day and did not charge me any thing because it’s was under warranty they did all paper work for warranty and fixed the issue highly recommended company very happy with service

This company does not know the first thing about appliance repair. They have came out to my house 3 times already to repair my refrigerator. They literally only slap a bandaid on it for it to work for only a month just to come back out again to fix the same issue, this getting more money. Please avoid them and if AHS schedules them for you, decline it ASAP. AHS picks the worst companies to do business, it’s a money grab for both companies. Avoid AHS and this company

We have a Fisher Paykell double dish washer. red light was coming on and it was not cleaning well. it's not a common brand. home warranty company assigned to a different company but they don't work on this brand so they reassigned it to Priority Mechanical. Technician came promptly and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. He also showed me some simple preventative maintenance steps I could take to avoid future problems. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

A very knowledable tech worked on our water heater. Came in the same day our water heater was out and fixed it within hours with no issues. They were very professional and highly responsive. Will definitely use their services again.

We were assigned Priority Mechanical Services Llc through American Home Warranty for our leaking dishwasher. We were concerned about their negative reviews at first, but the owner and the technician that came out was very professional, knowledgeable, and also kept us informed if they were not going to be able to make the initial appointment time due to their prior job taking longer than expected. The technician diagnosed that we needed to replace the solenoid valve and got the part ordered and replaced for us very quickly.

Arrived on schedule—in fact, early. Very professional and well-aware of the issue. drove to Meridian, picked up the repair part, returned quickly, and had the repair finished. Our oven now operates flawlessly. John Fuller comes highly recommended. He does the labor and owns the business. Many appliance repair businesses dispatch a young worker who frequently lacks experience. Not present!
