Great experience! I called around 10am and someone was here by 4pm. Anil & co were very professional , & quick to diagnose & fix the issue. Hopefully won't have to but will call again!

My air conditioning wasn't cooling to the level it should've been. I called AVS on a Sunday morning and they case same day to help me out. The repair specialist also took a look at my microwave that fritzed out earlier in the week. He was able to get that back on too.

Danny was extremely helpful and professional. The technician was outstanding at resolving our unique challenge. Highly recommend this HVAC service.

I called them the Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend. The HOA requires an annual water heater and HVAC inspection by the end of May of each year. They were able to schedule an appointment the following Tuesday luckily! Very professional and courteous they had masks. They did the inspection luckily not finding anything wrong, so it was a quick appointment. Highly recommend if you want an honest company and very friendly!!

Hello this Pastor Jesse Richardson and I really had an awesome experience with this great company. This company was very professional and actually fixed our issue. Our technician Anil was great. We have had air conditioning issues for a while and Anil was able to identify the issue and resolve it. We really appreciate Anil and his great efforts to fix our air conditioning. I recommend anyone that needs any air conditioning or heating to ask for Anil for all your services!

Very happy that I picked them to service my air conditioning. Anil and Danish were extremely helpful. I received a call 30 minutes before Anil (technician) came out to fix my unit. Wendy helped set up my appointment late in the evening, I appreciated that. Great customer service.

I called to have AVS come out and check on my tenant's air conditioning unit that wasn't working. I was told the diagnostic would cost $89 and would go towards any repairs if needed. I did not receive a call back until after the repair was complete and was then told that I had to pay over $800 for the repair. I was never given a quote or asked if I wanted them to do the repair they just did it without my authorization or consent. This is shady and dishonest behavior.

Great service. My hot water heater and AC drain was clogged, causing water to leak in my basement area I called AVS Heating & Cooling in the morning and Curtis arrived within an hour and solved my issue perfectly in less than half an hour. Curtis was very knowledgeable and super friendly.I highly recommend AVS Heating & Cooling company.

I have had multiple positive experiences with AVS and their support of Idylwood Tower’s in-unit HVAC systems. The most recent call was to replace a broken thermostat, the result of a service call. The part was with the technician and he replaced it within 30 minutes after diagnosing the issue. I will definitely call AVS for the next issue.

I called AVS Heating & Cooling when my water heater broke down and started leaking. They came to replace it the same day and they offered me a good price on labor and water heater unit. After the installation was completed, they came back again a couple days later to address all my concerns and to adjust the water temperature without charging extra. That's really good customer service. Thank you Aneal and Ozie for taking care of my water heater.

AVS Heating & Cooling is a fantastic company with some really awesome people working there. My furnace went out and they were out within 30 minutes. Most companies charge extra for weekend service or are not even open. The techs that installed my furnace were super professional, customer service oriented, and performed excellent work. The field supervisor came out as well. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for your excellent service.

When our AC system crashed, we called AVS because of their ability to come without much advance notice. We appreciated that, BUT this is where the positives end for us. AVS came to our house, charged a 100 dollar service fee that we were told could be applied toward receiving a service if we received one. They told us that we needed to refill our Freon, but they could not give us a quote on how much it would cost. When they returned to provide the service--they billed us for $600 of Freon, and attempted to not honor the service fee agreement we had previously reached. After debating for 20 minutes, the technician called his HQ and they agreed to remove the service fee from the bill. What is worse, however, is that AVS provided us a service that they should not have done in good conscience. Three weeks later our entire system crashed and it is unfixable--that is because our system was from 1984 (!!!) and needed to be replaced. While we can't blame AVS for the outdated system, it made absolutely NO SENSE for us invest $600 in that system, but we (because we are not HVAC experts) did not know how severe the situation was. AVS failed at identifying the real issue--that the system needed to be replaced stat, and instead, provided us with a three week, $600 dollar, Band-Aid. Ultimately giving AVS that money was equivalent to us flushing $600 down the toilet.

I called AVS first thing Monday morning due to cold air coming from my vents with the heat on. The scheduler was able to give me a appointment same day and they came promptly at the start of the window, even calling first to say they were on the way. My furnace only needed cleaning and they didn’t give me any run around despite the unit being in access of 15 years old. When my unit needs repaired/replaced in the future, I’ll be sure to give AVS a call.

AVS installed my heat pump unit last December after getting quotes from several HVAC companies. For the quality they offered the best quote. Installation took the whole day, but they were on time and professional. In July I noticed the EZ trap on the unit was leaking water and quickly shut it off and called AVS to notify them of the issue. Anil showed up within 15 minutes. This was also late on a Saturday night. He was able to resolve the issue promptly (it appears the trap needed more glue as water was able to get out) and he expected no payment. I was very impressed with his service- fast, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs reliable and quality service at a reasonable price.

Danny in the office is very professional, and explained very clearly to me the answers to all of my questions. Anil and Jeremiah their service technicians came to my house and very quickly assessed what was wrong with my system, and recommended I get a new system. After researching other companies prices AVS was the MOST affordable. Everybody was polite, and the installers Jose and Charlie worked very quickly to get the new systems in.

AVS Heating and Cooling is a professional company that provides a fast response and quality service. After returning home from work one day I realized my heating unit had stopped working. I gave them a call and they were able to come the same evening and take a look at it. After realizing there were some major issues with the unit I decided to replace the entire thing. After receiving an estimate from them I decided to call a few other companies only to realize AVS was giving the most competitive rate. They were able to come in and install the unit in a short period of time and it's running great. I will definitely do business with them again.

Thank God for AVS! I had been calling around to get my air condition fixed on a Saturday. It stopped producing cold air Friday night. All day Saturday I try to get someone. Some were charging extra because it was the weekend but most was just unavailable. I could tell when I called AVS that they were family owned and would get to me if they could. I still did not think I would see them until Sunday or Monday. The technician called me at 7:30 PM and asked if it was too late to come by. I was so happy and he came right over. I had a friend staying with me who had just had a mastectomy and I felt so bad that she had to leave. She was so happy to return for the remainder of her recovery. It really was a blessing that they were able to fix it so quickly. It was lower than quotes that I have been getting online so that was a bonus. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them for my regular maintenance and referring them to everyone who ask.
