Our HVAC unit gave out on us on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. We called AVS on Sunday, their technician came out Monday (Labor Day Holiday - no holiday/urgent surcharge) to diagnosis the issue. It was determined that the blower motor was not functioning and needed to be replaced. They ordered the part for overnight delivery and came out within a hour of the part arriving to their facility. The repair was done quickly and professionally. Also, the technician was very dog-friendly which makes for a pleasant experience when you have two big dogs that want to know who came into the house.

9/27/21 EDIT: I called AVS today (around 1pm) with a heating issue for our house. They came out within 2 hours and addressed the issue quickly. I can't express enough how much I appreciate their responsiveness and quality work.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had with residential HVAC service ever!!! The response was quick and technicians came out the same day! I was even provided some troubleshooting info while I was waiting for the on site. My issue was a bit complicated over several days and i was provided responses within 30minutes - even late night in a Saturday!!! Excellent, trustworthy company! Will continue to call on them for all my home HVAC!

Today I was saved from having to deal with being in a house without our AC working. The technician that showed up from AVS was courteous, professional and provided exemplary service. Aneal and William are the guys you want on your AC job, by far hands down the best customer service and quality of work was amazing. 5/5 and definitely recommending for others.

I called Saturday morning and they came that afternoon to fix my heating. They were very polite and they got the job done quickly! They also tuned my fan to not be as loud and did some preventative maintenance for free.
