Sameem was very professional and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue with my HVAC. I had no heat in my home after a snowstorm and Sameem made sure heat was restored before he marked his job as complete. Great service!

I had some rattling issues going on with my heating unit but sameen from fresh air services came out and diagnosed my issue and fixed it fast during the cold weather. Sameen was super professional and very experienced and efficient. Had my heating unit up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend this company and my guy sameen.

Sameem was great ,he made time after his scheduled work to fix our Heating.instead of waiting until tomorrow .that was extremely considerate.

He showed up on time, clearly explained the issue, and fixed it efficiently without trying to upsell unnecessary work. How do you have a 4 star review average? I got this company through my home warranty, they sold us a new AC unit. It's had major failures multiple times over the last year and a half.

The tech over filled it with coolant once, now it's having shorts inside from running the wires too tight and fried my thermostat and capacitor. Despite paying a large sum for a new unit, I'm still paying a few hundred dollars a year to have other companies come look at it. Once again, I have someone coming today to do more work on it. Hilarious I'd rather call a company and not use my home warranty after this experience.

Also, at one point in 2024 they cancelled 3-4 appointments in a row or showed up at 8PM and were gone by 8:15PM. One time they even left and didn't say they were leaving. F minus company.

Kiyan arrived cheerful and check out my furnace. Explained everything he was looking at and installed my new filter. As a senior it is hard for me to do this. And adjusted the temps on my thermostat. A very good service as always.

The entire experience was fantastic. He showed up on time, very courteous, explained everything, gave advice to help maintain the HVAC, and paid attention to the details. I didn't even have to ask for him to remove his shoes when coming inside. I highly recommend AirPlus.

Kiyan and his partner did an excellent job installing my Ac unit. They were pleasant to work with, efficient, explained everything to me. Very pleased with them.

Dominic came to our house today to rewire our electric panel for our whole house generator. He was on time, super friendly, and very thorough! He even went the extra mile (literally went to the Fire Department) to ensure that the fire marshal got the information he needed for the unit to pass inspection. We haven't had occasion to use the generator yet (thank goodness!), but so far, we're really pleased with the product and customer service we've received with AirPlus!

After the big storm we had on Saturday, a power surge to my house had caused the fan motor in my AC to blow out. I found that Air Plus was not only open 24/7 but also did not cost an arm and a leg for the weekend service call. AJ came out Sunday morning, did his assessment, gave my options and quotes right on the spot, replaced the motor, and was on his way. He did a great job and the cost was better than anyone else had given me. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future!

We had to replace our entire HVAC system (heat pump, air handler, and smart thermostat) - our technician, Kiyan, was excellent! He led the installation team through the entire project, and got it done in one work day, just like they told us they would. After the install was done, he walked us through how to use our new thermostat and answered all of our questions.

This team is great.
Last week I had James (plumbing) and Daniel (HVAC) come out and provide a free estimate on replacing our 20+ year old Water Heater and HVAC system. Got scheduled to have both installed the following Tuesday.
Today they installed both.
James was great installing the Hot Water heater. We discovered that our water cutoff valve was not working. He was also able to replace that at the same time. Job was done very nicely, he explained the new Hot water heater. Left the work area cleaner than it was when he got here.
Kiyan and his partner (didn't catch his name) installed the new HVAC system. Everything went well, the kept me informed as they were working. Kiyan went over the new system, showed me the filter and how to change it. The only issue we had was the UV light they had was to large and didn't fit in this system. They will be getting the correct size and coming back to install it.
Both of them removed the old equipment and left the area cleaner than it was when they got here.
Highly recommend.

I absolutely recommend AirPlus services! We had an appointment today for maintenance on a humidifier unit and an estimate on installing an air purifier unit. Edwin (technician) did an amazing job at explaining the operations and maintenance requirements for both units. While on-site, he was prepared and able to install the new purifier unit to our HAVAC system in a timely manner. We are really pleased with AirPlus and Edwin's professionalism and outstanding service. We look forward to doing business with them again soon.

Based on this company's good google review, I called them to come out to check the AC problem in my house and hope them can provide me an estimate. The technician showed up the next day and checked the system for $99. That part was OK, but it ended there.

I was told that I would get an estimate the next day latest. Now 15 days later, I still don't have the estimate. In between, I called this company 4 times including this morning and asked for the estimate. Every time, the answer has been the same, "Our manager (Darren) has been busy in the field. He will provide the estimate once he is back in the office. Thank you for your patience". How ridiculous it is in a hot summer like this, wait for more than two weeks for a simple estimate? How good your patience should/need to be?

I guess their business is too good to generate a simple estimate. The only conclusion I could draw after waiting so long time for a simple estimate is that they don't care and they don't want my business. Even they provide me the estimate now, how could I trust this company's service?

Another company came out, checked my AC with lower price and provided me the estimate on the same day.

The technician Jimbo was very knowledgeable and explained everything (even for appliances not on the call). I learned a great deal, especially on maintenance to extend the life of and to prevent costly repairs. The service plan that AirPlus offers is a great deal for the systems I have and I am going to sign up for the plan ASAP. Definitely would 100% recommend AirPlus.

Our technician, Join, did a very good job in the maintenance of two furnaces. He is very friendly, thorough, and answered satisfactorily all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and able to technically explained and in laymans terms what was going on or how the heating system works.

Mr. Robert Medrano was very helpful while conducting the generator installation. He was very Courteous and professional and explained all the details for each generator model. Thanks for a job well done. Please pass this comment along to him, thanks.

Carlos and his helper (I can’t remember his name) were wonderful. They worked so hard for the entire day. He answered our questions and was very knowledgeable. It was so hot and they did not stop. Before they left, Carlos showed us everything. I can’t say enough good things about Carlos and his helper. Our entire experience has been very good from beginning to end. Mark came out initially and diagnosed the problem. Daniel came out the next day and gave us the cost. Not excited about the cost but there is nothing we can do about that.

Air+ came out to replace our panel and our poorly installed heat pump quickly, professionally, and at a great price compared to others. Their technicians were great, easy to work with and very communicative. They cleaned up a poorly done job and greatly improved the safety of our system and house. Please buy every technician associated with the work done on my account whatever lunch they want! I can’t think you guys enough.

There were some unforeseen issues that popped up while replacing components of my heating system and management called within 20 minutes of the tech leaving my house, eager to come up with a solution that worked in favor of my family and our home. We have had great experiences with multiple properties. We are customers for life.
