I totally trust HVAC, Plumbing, and heating unlimited. Have used another service that did not perform adequately and was always up selling. Hvac Unlimited always gives me an honest annswer annd recommendations and operates with integrity.

Awful company. STAY AWAY. They told me it was a 'free' estimate to come out and look at 2 units I wanted to replace with new ones which was what I wanted. After they arrived, they then told me it was a "repair call", and then charged me $110 because they opened up a panel on my current AC unit (literally took 2 screws out) to look inside.

This company is nothing but sharks and thieves. Stay away from them. Their estimates are also inflated nearly 150% compared to other vendors I looked at. I was able to secure the exact same AC package replacement (with warranty) for almost 50% less than what they quoted. Definitely steer clear of this company.

*Update* - this company did reach out to try to resolve the issue which would have been refunding my money but they didn't.

If you're considering using them please be aware that their prices are grossly out of touch with reality, especially wanting to charge $550/lb for R22 to recharge an AC unit. I spoke with and hired another company that was able to both recharge my older system ($150/lb) and provide a much more realistic estimate for a replacement and was super happy with their service. Bottom line stay away from this company unless you want to be taken for a ride.

I just had my new unit installed by another company and am so happy that I didn't go with this one. So much better service and no nickel and diming. I also saved around $6k dollars and they installed it next day.

I highly recommend HVAC Unlimited. They were not the cheapest quote but they were very thorough with everything from the initial consultation through service completion and follow up. I am highly satisfied with the quality of work and value I received

I am raising my number of stars to 4. I stand by my experience with the technician, but when I called the company to address my concerns, I was treated with respect and concern by Susan, Mark (and Wendy). They carefully listened to my concerns and took all the steps needed to make things right. I appreciate this willingness to work with me and I want to give my thanks to Susan for really taking the time to gather information and provide solutions.

Plumbing Inspection Update: I had the preferred vendor, HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited, come today. So far, it is not good news: 1) the did the inspection and filled out the paper form. I then received an electronic form. THE ANSWERS DO NOT MATCH. For example, on my paper form, they wrote my toilets flush "good", on electronic form "fair"; the wrote on paper my garbage disposal is "good", on electronic form, "fair"; on paper form they wrote they did not inspect my washing machine hoses due to lack of accessibility, but wrote that my hoses are "fair" in electronic form. 2) When it came time to pay, I asked if they take credit card (they do). So I used one. They did not inform me there is a 3% fee (I did not book with condo group rate, I booked on my own, and was not told). I am now on phone with company trying to get this all resolved. I am less upset about CC fee, but VERY concerned about discrepancy in answers between my paper form and electronic form.

HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited tech Joshua Johnson provided excellent Fall Winter HVAC inspection and offered useful tips on heating a spare room and how to keep adequate air flow around my heat pump. I’ll definitely use this company in future and appreciate Joshua’s knowledgeable professional heat pump inspection.

Wonderful experience, Matt troubleshoty system and got it to full working order. This is after another company rewired my capacitor incorrectly during an unspection an a way that would eventually deatroy my compressor after telling me I needed a whole new system for 20k. Honest and high integrity company.

It took a while to get an appointment but I see why now. The service this company provides is top-notch.

The technician arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was done neatly, and he offered helpful advice about maintaining my water heater. Very professional and friendly staff — I highly recommend their service!

Philip Taylor was my service technician conducting my biannual HVAC inspection as required by my condo community. He was extremely thorough when completing the inspection, even offering to show me which valve to turn when approaching the winter months. He was also very diligent in using his shoe covers, taking them off when walking on the balcony and putting them back on when re-entering my living room when he went on the balcony 3-4 times to ensure my floors would be clean! Plus he made sure to park in the visitor parking lot to not block any traffic on the road in front of the apartment building. Would highly recommend HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited for your HVAC needs.

Our technician Willy responded quickly to a weekend service call, set up a convenient time and quickly diagnosed and made the necessary repair. Also took time to look over the rest of the system to ensure all is now good. Now my first call for HVAC issues.

HVAC Unlimited was really great to work with. Extremely helpful and dependable from start to finish with system modifications in our home. The service manager Dylan was extremely helpful and the technician, Hoi did phenomenal work. I absolutely recommend that use HVAC Unlimited in your home.

This entire team was amazing from obtaining the quote quickly to the careful installation of my new HVAC System. From John, to Diallo and Tommy, they were professional, pleassant, knowledgable and respected my home. I would recommend HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited. Didn't even know they were in my area here in Triangle. Great job guys!

The technician Joe that came out was amazing!! Ten stars!! Helped us understand what was going on with our systems and his experience pointed out parts that we had already changed. Unfortunately, the have failed again and need replacing. We believe we made the right choice in the work and selecting HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited to inspect our systems

The HVAC unlimited team is fantastic. From the person who schedules visits to the techs who show up. They are conscientious, courteous and friendly. The tech we've had coming for a couple of years for our semi-annual inspections has been Joe. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. A friendly and affable person, he always takes the time to explain things to me when I have questions. The quality of his work is excellent and my wife and I have been very happy with our heating and cooling systems since HVAC Unlimited has been involved (about 10 years).

We had a new toilet and Bidets seat installed . Great service. Very professional, gives great advice all at a very fair price

I have used HVAC Unlimited since 2019. While in the past I have always found their staff courteous and their technicians competent, this past time I found their service lacking. While their invoices say we have 30 days to pay the invoice, they harassed me for payment, would not even schedule a warranty call for the service they performed which did not even fix the original problem with the garbage disposal. There is plenty of competition in the market - I'd think HVAC Unlimited would do more to keep their long term customers.

What sets Ben apart is his reliability and accessibility. When I call or text, he answers. There’s no office, no secretary, no back-and-forth scheduling—just direct communication and quick action, which is critical in the restaurant business.

I had a great experience hiring HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited. They responded quickly to my call, even though it was the weekend. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient, and communicated everything I needed to know by phone and email, since I couldn’t be physically present. The charges were reasonable for after-hours service.

Fresh Air Services was assigned to work my HVAC issue by American Home Shield warranty company. The tech who came to inspect my two failing systems failed to accurately capture a proper diagnosis for the 2nd unit and the warranty claim form was incorrectly filled out as if both units were "abused" (which is absurd). As a result, AHS denied the claim. Claims rep was also bizarrely fixated on the fact that I had the top-tier plan and that I shouldn't be getting my coverage... What?!? I had them resubmit the claim, and they did so without listing the cost of repairs so AHS once again denied the claim and provided no credits towards an upgrade. I wasted 3 weeks during the recent heat wave without AC cooling at home and spent hours stressing on the phone with this incompetent company.

After I had enough of their incompetence, AHS sent out another HVAC company. They came out, did a thorough job on assessing my 2 systems, filed a claim correctly with AHS that was quickly and easily approved, and I got 2 brand new efficient units installed 2 days later.

I don't know who is posting these "positive" reviews; read the legit reviews (like Ms. Williams who seems to have had the same experience as me) and be very careful dealing with this company if they got assigned to service your home through a warranty company...

Behzad and his team came out and did an amazing job installing our heat pump and thermostat. They were not only quick and proficient at installation but they took the time to make sure that we understood exactly how our system worked and how to use it properly. It was a pleasure having them in our home. Would highly recommend their services.

Sunny came to fix our air conditioning wall unit and he was wonderful! He was very proficient, professional and kind. He answered all of our questions and did an amazing job! I was very happy and impressed with him!
