This was my first experience with HVAC unlimited and I was very impressed with their costumer service and our Technician Ronnie. I have a vey unique system for my business and have had many commercial HVAC companies say that they wouldn't even look at it. I'm so happy I finally found a company that I know can service my HAVA Neptronics hot yoga tower! I would have given 10 stars if it was possible.

I was initially pleased with this company on the first call when the backup seemed to resolve itself on its own before their arrival, and they came, checked the drain and it seemed to be functioning normally. The technician encouraged us to call them back out if we had any problems. So, when I called them back out after the backup was not resolved in another location I looked forward to their assistance. Instead, I got an employee who didn’t want to do his job. I was charged $400 to snake a branch drain 12 feet with no evidence of a blockage and no resolution.

The technician refused to listen to me and would not go any further than his 12 feet. The technician, instead, had already made up his mind about the problem and he refused to listen. Keep in mind this is the second time in two weeks I’ve called them out for a slow drain that was backing up. The technician snaked a branch line when it was clear the main line had problems and he never found a clog. I had already snaked the drain by hand 25 feet but he wanted to do his 12’ and tell me there was nothing else he could do. He only continued to complain about my request to run the snake further. He said the snake “would only punch a hole in any clog” (acknowledging that he didn’t find anything in the branch line and refusing to look any further into the main line). He admitted that the clog could be further down the main line but insisted that he couldn’t do anything more without a new clean out trap installed and he encouraged us to descale the pipes. We probably do need a descaler, given the age of the pipes, but he refused to do anything more. He could have easily run the snake further down the drain and attempted to find a blockage or clog, but he refused. It was getting late, since he stayed and waited for me to run an entire load of laundry which takes 55 mins (doing no work at that time). Don’t get me wrong he’s a nice guy and we had some interesting conversations, but he refused to run the snake any further.

We tested it with a load of laundry and it flowed, but he never pushed the limit of the drain, he never went to the end of the line and there was no further attempt to find the clog which he was reluctant to do in the first place. In their 12 foot investigation of the branch line, they NEVER RESOLVED the issue and NEVER FOUND a clog or blockage. SURPRISE, it was already known to be in the main line because of the two different drain problems (and likely further than 25 feet).

The first technician listens and seemed willing to help, while the second wanted to argue and let out sighs of exasperation when there was any sign of having to do actual work. I get it, clearing a drain is no fun task, but I didn’t call a professional company to get DIY service. They are hit or miss.

I’ll never use this company again…and I recommend you don’t either!!!

I have been using HVAC Unlimited for years and they are the best in the business. I had them reconfigure my whole system several years ago and they are knowledgeable and extremely professional.

I continue to use them for routine inspections and they are trustworthy and always on time.

I highly recommend them for any services you may need. In fact, just had my winter inspection and Philip was great!

Jon was outstanding! He was prompt, punctual and efficient. He was friendly and talked me through everything going on with our HVAC. I hope we don’t need it any time soon, but if we have an HVAC issue in the future, I will definitely use this company and ask for Jon by name. Strongly recommend.

Campbell was outmost professional. This was the second company we had come out and troubleshoot the problem. The first company gave up. Campbell would not leave until he figured out what the problem was. He figured it out and repaired it perfectly. Could not be happier with his service.

Every technician we had come to the house (more than six) for our seasonal system checks have been great. They all have been friendly, answered questions so my wife and I understand, worked efficiently, and do good work. We recommend them.

Found a 3ft water stain on the kitchen ceiling 5 o'clock Friday night. Thomas Baker from HVAC and Plumbing Unlimited came out Saturday and found a small wood trim finishing nail had finally made its way to piercing the copper water pipe. Thomas made quick work of the repair and our water was restored. I'm a two year customer with HVAC and Plumbing Unlimited. This is a first class company. They have knowledgeable courteous technicians who explain their work. Thank you Thomas.

Tremendously satisfied with the service we received today from Randy Carreiro. In addition to solving our immediate repair issues right away, he was extremely knowledgeable and super easy to communicate with as we talked through all the different options to consider for our HVAC systems. HVAC & Plumbing has been our church's go to company for many years. Major problems or minor issues, it doesn't matter, they are always ready to help. Sometimes I have been able to fix a problem by just talking to one of their techs on the phone. Super helpful and friendly people. I would not hesitate to recommend them, residential or commercial.

HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited replaced our ancient chilled/hot water fan coil unit and its piping, thermostat, etc. in our condominium unit. The installers showed up on time, were professional, courteous, tidy and very efficient, they also respected proper social distancing and masking guidelines. They completed their work within their allotted time and walked us through the new equipment and the manuals. The equipment and its related piping and cables were arranged in a neat and orderly fashion. I would happily use this company again.

I had HVAC Unlimited install a new Carrier Performance 4-ton system in April 2021 and a second 4-ton system in May 2022. There service was outstanding both times. The lead installer, Mr. Dang, was extremely knowledgable and professional. The sales manager was super responsive and answered all of my questions during the quote phase. The company treated my home with the utmost care. Highly recommend.

As a first time customer of HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited I was very impressed with the communication from the company in the days and hours leading up to my appointment! I also received excellent customer service from technician, Joshua Johnson. Josh was respectful of me and my home. He was knowledgeable and patient as he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Josh performed a very thorough inspection of both my water heater and my HVAC cooling system. I now have peace of mind as we head into the summer months! I highly recommend this company and Joshua Johnson!

AC technician Joe Martin came by today and readjusted and dialed-in our AC that was installed last year. He and service manager Steve are knowledgeable, skilled, methodical, and most importantly they are willing to listen to their customers and provide real technical solutions. They are true professionalI and courteous. Originally, last year I worked with Dylan, Install Manager, to verify size our AC unit. Dylan did load calculations and upsized AC unit, but he didn’t stop there. After the unit was installed because new technology, humidity conditions inside the home went up, he listened to my feedback, and made adjustments last August to reduce air flow rate which made indoor conditions better. I observed how AC and furnace performed over the season and gave Dylan again feedback, he again listen and stood by his product and adjusted the system (dialed-in air flow rate). This is truly a well run company, the leadership know what they are doing…when you give them your business, you are just not buying an installation service, you are buying a peace of mind, top down great company. Please keep it up, you are an example of how rest of the world should perform!!!

HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited responded immediately to our loss of AC, when our previous company just gave me the run-around. We lost AC for five days, in intense heat/humidity. To say we suffered is not too drastic a term. It was 92 in this house without the AC, and my wife and I averaged around 1.5 hours sleep per night. HVAC showed concern, and acted as fast as practicable. They've just gained a new, appreciative, customer.
