Awful, DISHONEST company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Fresh Air Services was selected by my home warranty company (AHS) and the technician that came from Fresh Air Services was the most inexperienced, and lying/dishonest contractor I've ever dealt with!!! He falsely claimed my AC was working perfectly fine (even though it was blowing 76 degrees at the vents after 30 minutes of operatiom, while the interior temp was 81 degrees, go figure!!) and said there is nothing else he could do. Complete waste of my time, money ($125 call out fee), and sanity. To top it all off, the technician carelessly hit my interior walls with his big ladder, and left black marks.

My dad was home when he came didn’t say much to him. When he called me he sounded like he had an attitude. Tried telling him how our home warranty worked he said that’s not how his company works. Then got told cleaning the coils on our ac unit has to be done by a professional that it’s not covered under our warranty and was going to charge $1300 said the lowest he could go was $1000. I’m almost 8 months pregnant, got my 64 old dad in the house plus animals do I look like I have that much. So basically paid $150 for him to come out for nothing. Then even say anything to my dad when he left he just disappeared.

Before pay, they said they would schedule it right away if I pay it, but after paid they didn't contact me for over 15 days, didn't answer the phone, and left a recording, but I didn't get a response. I spent an entire month without a heater in the cold winter.

This company is very unprofessional. I waited over two weeks for a heated service and already had an appointment scheduled that they were unable to make a priority. Even with a snowstorm approaching, they were still unavailable to provide service.

I've been reading the reviews and there is a distinct pattern here. Very disappointed with this company. The technician told me my thermostat was ruined from a power surge and quoted $1,800 plus labor to replace it, while also recommending a completely new system for over $8,000 because they said mine was in “bad shape.” This was hard to believe since I have yearly maintenance done and change my filters monthly. I researched the same thermostat on my own and found it brand new with warranty for $245–$555 — nowhere near the $1,800 they quoted. I understand companies charge a markup, but this was excessive. Oh, and the technician showed me pics of the supposed issue that were blurry. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Seems to be a pattern here. Used our home warranty for an AC issue and they sent out Fresh Air Services. They literally did no digging to determine the problem. They just said my unit is too old and I need a new one. Quoted $11,000. Next day, a new company came out to look. Problem was corrected for $75 and was a simple fix. My mother was at the home at the time and they were clearly just trying to take advantage of an elderly woman.

Honest, responsive, on time.and professional-technician and customer service. He offered me very good operations but I will go definitely by my own decision according to my budget. I would highly recommend Fresh air for A/C services .

Fresh air services fixed our unit after ordering parts. Very honest -- we used them several times and will continue using them.

Honestly I’m pretty amazed at the quality of this business. They were selected by my warranty company, and turned out to be incredibly responsive, helpful, and masterful. They did a few small repairs for me, and also did a full replacement of the AC and furnace. The prices were more than reasonable, and they did a really good job explaining everything to me.

Fresh Air Sevices replaced my 40 year old airhandler and 22 year old heat pump with a brand new 3.5 Ton 16 SEER Carrier HVAC system and handler. What a difference! The technicians went above and beyond and took care to get the job right. They rebuilt the outdoor cement pad to make sure the system was level, they rebuilt the ductwork rerouting the upstairs air return for more optimal air exchange, they corrected the wiring on my NEST, which was not installed properly, and when they could not find the UV system they quoted me, they gave me a $250 upgrade, free of charge! They worked until 11:30 PM to finish the job so that I would not be without heat and when the job was finished they left my basement cleaner than they had found it. After years of repairing an antiquated system, my house is toasty warm. I am very happy.

They did a great job of replacing my dumper handle and adjusting air flow to all rooms. Excellent service , skilled and knowledgeable. Fair pricing and prompt work.

promised me they would show up at a specific day and time.... they did not show, told me I was out of luck.. there is a snow storm coming.. I have a 2 babies in the house plus my parents.. WHY WOULD YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT and not show?! There are people who count on companies like this to save the day... THESE GUYS ARE NOT IT. Dont waste your time or money and do not rely on them to solve the issue or the problem. THEY DO NOT CARE!

This company really cares! I called 3 companies come out with the current conditions. My unit stopped working in the MIDDLE of the most recent snow storm we had. I was unable to shovel my driveway or around my Unit but Sameem didn’t hesitate. I don’t normally care to leave reviews but Fresh Air really went above and beyond today.

Behzad did an excellent job repairing my system. He was helpful and provided some great maintenance tips. Fantastic customer service and very personable.
-
Sunny was very polite and efficient in replacing my compressor! Fresh Air overall was responsive to my phone calls and transparent with their pricing! Part of my services were covered under warranty so the total cost to me was quite reasonable.

I was connected with Fresh Air Services by my home warranty company. Shafi came out and tightened some connections in the fuse boxes. He said to call him if my heat went out again. The heat did go out within a few hours of him leaving. He closed the ticket with the home warranty company even though the heat was out. That caused a whole bunch of delays. We were without heat for a week. When he returned, he was rude and condescending. He couldn’t explain the issue so he had another tech talk to me on the phone who proceeded to yell at me. This is a terrible company with incompetence workers who were unable to diagnose and fix my problem with my heat pump.
-
They came two hours late. Then began to try to explain all of these things I needed repaired and quoted me 13,000 dollars. I had another local company give me a second opinion who fixed everything for 900 dollars. Long story short they do nothing but try to up charge and over price their work. Leaving family’s like mine out in the cold with no heat while looking for honest work. Look anywhere else truly anywhere.

Tech came onsite after the big 2026 snowstorm as part of a home warranty claim and we caught the tech lying to myself and my wife 3 times. Do not use. Also told us they'd be there first thing in the morning and the tech didn't show up until late in the afternoon, resulting in my wife having to miss a doctor appt for my son.

I can't speak more glowingly about the service we received from Sameem, who was sent out to fix our HVAC following a disastrous appointment to fix the same problem with Sears Home Services. Whereas Sears refused to work in the tight attic space where my second unit is housed, Sameem diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and returned to install it and checked it out to determine it operated properly. I will insist on his returning if we have another issue with our system. 5 Star performer!

Sameen was very helpful to come out on a freezing day to repair my heat pump and restore heat in my house. Thanks for the professional and prompt service. Much appreciated and looking forward to call Fresh Air Services for all my future work.

I am amazed that this company is rated as high as it is but I also think it is curious that all of their good reviews follow a pattern of including the company name and the name of the tech. We were told the tech would arrive in the morning, then 12-2, and then 3:30. So I was stuck home all day waiting for my "morning" appointment. The tech was extremely irritated and rude when there wasn't a path shoveled through the inches of hard solid ice to the back side of our house, I apologized multiple times. I almost asked him to leave halfway through because he was openly glaring at me and mean mugging me. It was very uncomfortable. He then lied to me, and lied to our home warranty company. He claimed my spouse said we had a path sholved out for him and then told our home warranty company I said we had power surges all the time in area, and had one when the unit died. But when he was here he told me he had no clue what caused the failure. On the claim he wrote that a power surge was the cause of the unit failing, which has resulted in our claim being denied. My husband had to spend hours on the phone today getting proof from our power company that no surge occured and then had to get that to the home warranty company to keep our claim alive. We now have to wait an additional 3 days for another company to come out and re-evaulate the system, resulting in more time off from work and more days with no heat. I would not recommend having these techs in your home, your problems will only get worse if they do. They are not professional, they are not honest. It also sounds like they don't know what they are doing, some other reviews mention mysterious "power surges" as well.
