I wish I remembered the name of the plumber who came out (he had curly hair and was tall). I was recommended to use another local competitor, but it didn’t coordinate with my schedule, so I opted to try Performance Plumbing and was pleased with the professionalism, friendliness, responsiveness, communication (they give you an idea of when the tech will show, but give you a call ahead when ready so you can get home if needed), and attention to concerns or questions.

My tech explained everything throughly, was quick and efficient, and asked permission before doing anything (I was especially impressed when he asked for “[my] permission” to access specific areas rather than just help himself to my home as needed, like I expected he would-this put me at ease, especially since just a couple years ago, my movers went off into rooms in my place and stole from me. He seemed knowledgeable and willing to share.

I would recommend performance plumbing in the future.

I had a service person out to unclog a toilet, I called Texted and called Tony to say I did not feel that it was actually working correctly!
I never received a call back!
Had to have another plumber come after not hearing and had another backup, he discovered tree roots in pipe!!
Very disappointed in this company!

They will knock lightly and leave so make sure you are by your door all day because you won’t know when they are coming because they don’t call first. Also this was the third time they were supposed to be here. The first time they never even showed up and rescheduled for a week later then they couldn’t finish the job because they can’t redo the damaged floor. So now we have no tub and are supposed to wait until they can come back out. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Received a recommendation to use Professional Plumbing. What a great recommendation, punctual, professional and friendly. Job done perfectly by Seth. Even stopped to stay hello to my fur babies!! Would recommend to others as well and will definitely be using them in the future!

These guys are the absolute best in town! Fast, professional and get the job done right the first time. I live in an apartment, and they come to this location often, they always get it right and fast as lightning. I'm buying a home soon and they will be the first on my list to call if I ever have any problems.

Thank you for providing great service for plumbing underneath my house. The technician Adam was friendly and provided a detail account of what was done. I felt that he truly cared about fixing the problems that had arisen from the plumbing issue.

I called last night for a morning service,. They called this morning said they were 20 minutes away, he arrived in 15 minutes.
Seth F., was very professional and friendly. I showed him what I did in the last 24 hours. He used a big commercial sewer snake and cleared 100 feet of the sewer line. Currently all restrooms are functioning properly. Seth did a great job, he also thoroughly cleaned up the area many thanks.

Our home is a new build of three years now. The husband and I we're working on a project and stumbled upon a large leak with growing mold in the crawl under our master tub. We were worried it might cost a lot of money and even more time to finish our project. Adam came out, on time just like the same day email confirmation /arrival time said, and did a great job! Personable and respectful! He showed us the leak in the tub, explained how it wasn't done properly, and how he was going to fix it. Good communication skills - it seems to come natural for him. Thankfully the leak is fixed and not expensive either! If there ever is another issue at home (or someone who needs a referral), we will rely on Performance Plumbing and ask for Adam. Thank you!

I would give NO stars if I could!!! I don't know who these other people are that are writing the reviews, but DO NOT USE this company!! I had an appt for "sometime in the morning." I dealt with that, that was okay. But noon came and no repairman, no call. I called them. Excuses! "Oh, well, we had many emergencies this morning. We will get to you as soon as we can. I don't know what else to tell you" Hmmmm…...wrong answer!! I called another company, who thought it would be early evening before they could get out to me, but they were here about 3:30!! Performance was going to charge me $175/hr and the other company came out, fixed the problem, out within 45 mins - $121!! Perfect! Guess whose getting my business from now on?!?!?!?! Exactly...NOT Performance!!

We had no water coming out of the shower and called Performance. They told me there would be a $40+ trip fee which was fine. They came out within the hour, which was great. The shower diverter valve needed to be replaced and it would be $300 to replace the diverter. I asked him why so much, it would be just a matter of taking off the shower handle (which I can even do), taking off the diverter and replacing with a new one. The tech informed me that the diverter comes in a package with all the handles included and he would have to get the diverter from that package. I asked him why he did not carry just the diverter valve when it is available at Home Depot for under $30! The tech informed me that they don't carry it that way. I had guest coming. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I told him that I wanted to also tighten the faucet trim and snake the tub. I went on ahead and agreed to $320 to complete all 3 simple things. I had a 25 ft snake, I though he had a longer one. Turns out he did not. It has now been about 3 weeks. 2 of the faucet trim are loose again, he just switched it around without putting plastics stoppers or something. He is the professional after all. The shower diverter valve was too tight. It takes me 2 hands to turn on the shower! All this took him under 30 minutes to do. I am now in the process of replacing the 3 handle bathtub faucet, to 4 bathrooms, to a single which the tech recommended and said it would be easier to fix in the long run. But not by Performance. Giving Norfolk Air, Heating and Plumbing a try.

I called for a clogged sewer main and they sent someone out the same day I called. They never gave me a certain time for him to be at my house so I can't say whether or not he was on time. What I can say is the gentleman was extremely nice and polite. I thought that maybe he would put a camera down in my line to see what was stopping it up but he didn't. He had an electric snake (for lack of proper word) and used it and then had me run water for several minutes to see if it would back up again. It didn't seem like a fool proof way to make sure my line was clear for $250 but I guess we'll see.

Excellent! Trustworthy! They repaired my water main leak and were very organized and fixed my repair! I did not have to track them down they were excellent and I really thought they were a great Plumbing repair company I can’t say enough about Performance Plumbing I will hire them again. Thank you very much for all your help!

Really disappointed with Performance Plumbing. Had a tenant call me about a leaky ceiling so I called Performance Plumbing, technician showed up that day but never called me to give me a report. At 11pm that same night, that leak got intensely worse and started soaking the carpet. Performance plumbing called me the next morning to tell me that it was an HVAC leak. I wish the technician would have called me after he had seen the leak so that I could have told the tenants to turn off the HVAC and prevent the damage. I would recommend using a plumber who will be a bit more communicative; it'll save you a headache or two.

Performance Plumbing and their staff are by far the best service you can have the privilege of obtaining for your plumbing needs. I can't thank Mike and his technicians (Ian and Thomas---great by the way) enough for the outstanding job they did removing my old contractor grade fiberglass shower insert and replacing it with an updated unit. Ian and Thomas made this job look easy. I was a bit stressed about having this done and Ian informed me this would be a simple process which he thoroughly explained before executing. I don't normally remember to take the time to thank those that take care of their customers (which I need to do more of) but there was no way I was going to prevent myself from thanking this outstanding company for everything they did. I will absolutely be using them here in the near future. A++++++ organization. Thank you so much!!!!

I had my slab foundation jack-hammered to replace broken and rusty drain pipes underneath my whole house. Chris and Brian's team was so professional the whole week they were here. They showed up on time every day, stayed all day working, always keeping me informed of every step. They tried very hard to keep me happy, by preserving my foyer floor which had sentimental value, leaving by a certain hour, not coming in on weekends, doing their best to keep the dust to a minimum, etc. The whole crew was pleasant to have in my home: they treated each other with kindness and respect, no foul language ever, and did not text or play music or smoke in my home. Even when they accidentally poked a hole in my wall, they came to tell me immediately, and came back after I paid them in full to fix it for me! I would definitely recommend Performance Pipelining!

The Tech Seth came highly recommend, and is a great guy friendly and quick. Your pricing didn't break the bank either. Anymore issues i may have your company will be the first I call.

Had a guy named Richard , he was absolutely amazing. He is so professional and communicated with me effectively. He did everything in a timely manner, and he was so polite.The service was great! 10/10 would recommend ;)!!

We had a couple of other plumbing companies out to evaluate our rental’s main line leak and decided to go with Performance Plumbing. I initiated a homeowner’s insurance claim after speaking to the first company that came out. Initially, I was given an estimate that also included tearing up our driveway. I was prepared for the ‘worst case scenario—I was preparing to pay the deductible and brace for an increase in our insurance premiums. After consulting with Seth France at Performance, he assured us that it wasn’t necessary to do all the quoted demolition per the first two estimates. The office staff (Mallori and Janet) was very helpful, thorough, and pleasant to communicate with. After putting us on the schedule, Seth and crew were able to replace the pipes and complete the job with minimal intrusion. The whole job was also half the price of what the other companies quoted—we even canceled the homeowner’s claim process. We are satisfied with a job well done and would highly recommend Seth France and Performance Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Very professional and courteous service!! The crew that came out was on time, friendly and knowledgeable!!! Everyone I dealt with from the office staff to the work crew was friendly and eager to please!! The work was done right the first time and the price was more than reasonable!! It’s so refreshing to find a a company that takes pride in their work! I will definitely use them again!!!

I’d give these folks 10 stars if I could. They went above and beyond to help my family in a pinch. They managed the gas line installation project and ordered all of the required city inspections. I’m unbelievably impressed with each representative I spoke with, from the office staff, to the technicians, to the owner. Please do yourself a favor and call this group first. I called Performance Plumbing around 9 o’clock on a Friday morning. I explained to the receptionist, Mallory, that we had a water leak in our foundation and I wanted to talk with someone about finding and fixing the leak. She said I needed to talk with Chris but that he wasn’t in so she would transfer me to his voicemail and he’d call me back. By 2 o’clock that afternoon I had not heard from Chris so I called back and Mallory told me that Chris was out of the office and probably wouldn’t call until Monday, but that she would contact him then so he could call me. He didn’t call. Monday rolled around and by mid-morning I still had not heard from Chris, so I called the office again. This time Mallory told me that Chris was back but not really back and asked if I wanted to leave another voicemail for him.

Chris never called me.
