From Preston who came out to clear the clog late in the afternoon, who was upbeat and professional, to Steve the advisor who was very empathetic and genuine, and the construction crew that laid the new sewer line fast and professionally.

I really appreciated Steve's honesty and decency. I had just lost my dog the day before when all this happened and he was very understanding about that. Its nice to know that that are still crews out there working hard and bringing that human element to it and always doing the right thing. It was very refreshing.

Rotor Rooter is quick and easy. We called and within 2 hours they had our service up and running. DJ our technician was awesome, very friendly, knowledgeable, and has great customer service. Would definitely used them again.

Shikeon was very polite and explained everything well. He was very patient with me as well as I was figuring out how I was gonna pay for the services. Steve came and used the camera and he as well was very polite and informative. Explained alot to me. Cleaned out my main line which has roots growing into it. Another problem for another day. All in all very satisfied with their service. (Sorry if I misspelled your name)

DJ was great! He really listened to our issues and kept us informed on his progress. The job ended up taking way longer than we anticipated, but he remained patient and friendly the whole time. He kept working until he was 100% satisfied that he had fixed our problem. Great service!

DJ did a fantastic job unclogging the main line and fixing two toilets. He came out early in the morning to take care of a major clog; he was very informative, and he gave me the cost of front; he even made sure I knew exactly what to expect of the process. Tiko (apologies for spelling) came out as well to perform a complimentary camera operation so we could see what was going on under the house and they let me watch so I could understand what was going on in the pipes. Now I know what to expect if this happens again, which I greatly appreciate! will continue to use Roto-Rooter and I would highly recommend them to anybody!

I'll add to this review. Dominick came out today to clear over flowing drain. He quickly diagnosed it was not the drain but the filter on the washing machine. He saved us the expense of clearing the main line. Thank you Norfolk Plumbing and Dominick!
I recommend Norfolk Plumbing, especially Katrina. She is professional and knowledgeable. She installed a new toilet, replaced shut off valve, re-plumbed sink and installed new faucet, and cleared out partial blockage in main drain. I was 100% satisfied.

Will & Noah repaired a broken pipe. They were prompt, personable and knowledgeable. They instilled confidence. I would call Norfolk Plumbing(now Powell’s) again.

Outstanding. The day I called for assistance they had availability immediately, and though I was unable to take them up on it they scheduled me for the next day. They were timely, communicative, and educational. They worked quickly to schedule the work we needed, provided multiple quotes depending on our needs and have been absolutely wonderful to work with so far.

Reassured as to why we never use anyone but Norfolk plumbing today! Called this morning for a crack in a pipe, easily made an appointment within 24 hrs, then was contacted by their super helpful receptionist and she offered an appointment TODAY! Such good service all around…. I received a call AND text when Dominic was on the way, he and Noah arrived promptly and professionally. Dominic explained the problem and offered two solutions, one which would save us a little more money. They both were personable, respectful, and very efficient.
