Josh P and Yassine were awesome! I’ve been having problems with a poor quality toilet and decided it was time to treat myself to a nice one. Norfolk Plumbing gave me a few options that fit my tiny bathroom and got me scheduled at a time that was convenient. They showed up on time, answered my questions and got the job done in less than an hour! I got a quality toilet for a great price and I’m so grateful for the reliable and professional service. I hope I don’t need to call them again, but will do so without hesitation if I have any future water worries.

We had a main water supply line leak, costing us dearly (our water bill showed that our two-person household was "using" over 470 gallons of water a day!); Miles and Ethan came on time, quickly sized up the problem and Miles cut out and replaced the section of leaking copper pipe. Problem solved! They were both very professional and pleasant. They worked quickly and completed the repair without delay. Who would think that a pinhole leak (see photo of the pinhole in the copper pipe with the dime next to it for reference) could waste so much water. Thank you Norfolk Plumbing, Miles and Ethan for resolving this problem.

Superb customer service. Mike who installed the new Hot H2O heater was excellent. We had a minor problem and he returned within 30 minutes to address. The main office is responsive and easy to work scheduling the service required. Recommend for your plumbing issues or new installation. Also provide Miliary and Vet discount.

Dominic made 3 trips to my mom's house in the last couple weeks and helped fix issues in both of the bathrooms. He did a fantastic job. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We were very pleased with this experience.

Quick and professional work from Miles and his partner. They will be my go to plumbers in the Norfolk/VA Beach area.

Replaced my water heater, reconnected my dishwasher and reseated two toilets after I had new floors installed. While at my home, the team addressed several other smaller maintenance issues. They were also quite flexible in working around the schedule of my flooring installation team.

Update:
Norfolk plumbing did another solid job when fixing the faucets for a couple of my sinks. Miles and his assistant were efficient and answered all of my questions.

If you need plumbing services, I can happily recommend Norfolk Plumbing Inc! Ridge and Dustin were VERY professional and very patient. I had a leaky old toilet (replacing the flapper wasn’t working!) and they went out of their way to provide me all the options, explain everything, try a fix first (I have a SUPER old one-piece toilet they don’t make parts for anymore) and then ultimately installed a new toilet for me perfectly at a fair price (military discount, too!) They kept me updated on their arrival time and their receptionist staff even made sure to give me time slots that worked with my schedule. The repair was done quickly, professionally and perfectly. Can’t say enough about this. Service would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

The good: he was polite and professional, and his work was good. So it could be a LOT worse.
The bad: I had something come up and our friend who was taking care of my son met him. The price rocketed up almost 4-fold. It was my first time working with them and I feel taken advantage of.

Miles was great. Knowledgeable, friendly with good explanations about work done. He helped me on how and what additional parts to order. I will request him specifically to return to place those parts.

My main sewer line was cracked and called Norfolk Plumbing for a last minute 2nd quote. They sent a team out the same day to provide an estimate then we're able to schedule a repair the following day. So glad I went with them because the first company I contacted gave me a 1-2 week turnaround for an appointment and gave me a higher quote. Fantastic service and will be my first call in the future

Weston came out at 5:30 on a Friday night to help fix a sewage block w leakage in my basement. He was professional, calm, and thorough, working hours to fix the problem. I’m so appreciative!

I had a great experience with Katrina from Powell’s plumbing! My downstairs neighbor had a leak in their ceiling from my bathroom, and they actually called the plumbers. Katrina came to my apartment to check things and was super professional and helpful. I had a really old toilet and ended up having a new one installed within a few hours , and Katrina fixed a few faucet leaks in my bathroom the same day when I inquired.I was happy with the price as well. I would recommend Powell’s and particularly Katrina to everyone who had a plumbing issue. Fast, friendly, professional and fair price.

Quick but thorough flushing of our water heater. Wes was a very nice guy who explained the process clearly. I would definitely recommend Powell’s.

Great service by Josh, very personal and professional. He listened to what I was trying to accomplish and meet the requirements perfectly. Three brand new water faucets installed and 70 feet of plex connecting water to our dock. I will call again for my plumbing needs.

Technicians were competent and friendly- issues with scheduling were extremely worrisome.

I called Powells answering service early Sunday afternoon, after my own home attempts at augering out a clog in my sewer line didn’t work. Call to Powells answering service was at 1:59 PM, and I was asssured that the emergency on call team would call me right back.

At 3pm, with no call back, I called the answering service again. This time the (different) operator informed me that Powells had no on call team on Sunday (she apologized for her colleague’s misinformation), and would pass along the message when the office opened Monday.

On Monday I called Powells directly, and a 12-4 window was scheduled for service. I then received a text message that my service would be between 230-4.

I called Powells again at 4, having received no contact from Powells. Apparently I had been forgotten, they would send out the emergency on call technicians for Monday evening.

The technicians were polite and competently removed the clog. They arrived at 5:53pm. It was unclear if I paid additional fees for the now after-hours repair, made necessary by Powell’s own scheduling snafus.

I utilize Powell's (formerly Norfolk Plumbing) for my mother. I live 4 hours away from her and they make it easy to setup appointments. Reasonably priced even for emergency calls. They are also great at communicating with me (4 hours away), and with my mom.

Will and his team are always nothing but thorough, professional, and personable. They did a great job replacing our service line and their pricing is very fair, especially for the high quality of workmanship.
