Responsive, punctual, friendly and efficient. Office staff got a technician to my house within 2 hours of my call. Tech Gabe got right to the problem and cleared a sub-slab clog that was causing toilet waste to back up into shower drain. Estimate was provided up front and final cost was exactly as estimated. An unexpectedly pleasant outcome to a day that clearly started on a different track.

This week we used Performance Plumbing when both of our toilets started leaking at work. Charles was at our office quickly and worked efficiently and tirelessly to fix our issues. Amazing service, very professional and cleaned up after (looked like a new bathroom!).

Top notch group of guys from the owner all the way to the vactruck operators. Have used their vactruck and camera truck for several projects. Will continue to use them!!!

The first company I contacted wanted to rip out an exterior wall to get to my leaky kitchen drain pipe, thereby potentially costing me A LOT of money. Tyler and his pals figured out a better and less expensive way - braving the dank nastiness of my crawl space, he bypassed the bad pipe and installed new pipe within the wall itself, without having to rip it up. I like doing business with a smart company, and I'll be calling Performance Plumbing again when needed.

The communication with Performance Plumbing at the beginning was rough to say the least and left a sour taste... HOWEVER, after talking with Mike, we were able to work things out and get them over to provide us an estimate ASAP (and at our convenience)!

He was extremely professional, nice, and apologetic for how things were initially handled. He provided a very thorough, top notch estimate and you could tell he’s had tremendous experience in the industry! We received an estimate less than a day later (probably close to 12 hours after he visited the house).

This was my first time using Performance Plumbing and I was very impressed. I called at 4:30 on Monday and they had someone out to the house by 1:30 the next day. He was very professional and respectful of the property. I was quoted a price and that is what I paid! This was not your ordinary small clog and required some hard effort on his part. He kept a great attitude through the whole job. I will use these folks again and highly recommend them.

DJ the technician was very friendly and professional. He completed the drain cleaning quickly and cleaned up after he was done. However I feel that the flat fee I was charged was too high.

DJ did an outstanding job and shared all kinds of useful information! He was very professional and quickly resolved our sink clog issue without delay! He even found a strange metal wire that was about 22 feet long lodged in the pipe.

Terrance came out and hopefully helped us solve an issue we've had going on for awhile. He was very professional and was able to explain what was the issue and was able to solve it. He gave some tips on what we can do to help prevent this issue from potentially happening again. I'd definitely call this company and get Terrance out here again for anymore issues.

I have been using Roto-Rooter for over 10 years and they never fail to satisfy. DJ was on point today. He was knowledgeable and after explaining what he thought was the problem, he got right to work. They were at my house in about an hour from the time I called. Great experience.

Terrance Collins was our plumber and I would ask him back every single time. He was super helpful and explained everything thoroughly while also trying to save us some money. I would say make sure the camera guy (not Mr. Collins) actually tries on your pipes. Our guy barely tried to scope the pipe and then quoted us 10k for replacement. 5/5 for plumber, 0/5 for camera

The service was great. I booked a visit the same day. They called and were able to squeeze me in ahead of time. DJ was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Issue resolved.

We had a great experience with Garnett. We had a different well known company come our first and try to find the problem. They took a guess and quoted us 1600 and couldn't even figure out where the problem was. Garnett came out, and because of his experience, he knew that there was an access point to our shower in my son's closet behind the shower. He did the job quickly, and only for 400! He also replaced our drain plug for the tub as a courtesy.

He was friendly, and very experienced in plumbing. We had another good experience with Roto about 2 weeks ago, so any tech would probably do a good job - but Garnett was our favorite!

When our sewer line backflowed into the house, DJ arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable and reasonable with repair options. He had us back up and running same day. We will definitely use this company and him again!
