They did a very good job replacing the drain line, but the poor yard paid the Price lol but It had to be done, I only wish that they had Septic Service also.

When we called Roto Rooter we were told someone would be out within the hour.
Like promised our tech Preston showed up.Preston took on our job and he told us he could have it finished that day and if not then the next morning.
Preston finished that job that evening and he accomplished all by himself.
Preston is a very hard working young man and you can see he is a valuable employee of Roto Rooter.
I felt very comfortable with him and his mannerisms.
He did a FANTASTIC job.

The technician was friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure the problem was completely resolved before leaving. While the cost was a bit higher than I’d hoped, the prompt service and peace of mind were worth it. Really appreciate their help!

My washer drain was backing up and flooding my house. Called Roto Rooter and they booked me for first thing in the morning. DJ arrived when scheduled. He was polite, professional, and took care of the problem quickly. He left me no mess and gave me some valuable advice. I highly recommend.

We’ve had problems with our cast iron plumbing since we bought our house 7 years ago! We’ve had roto rooters come help us a few times recently and they’ve always done a great job. Last week we had a clog in our main line cleared out and while waiting for a quote for a more permanent solution to our frequent issues, we got another clog. Thankfully DJ was able to come help. When he got here, it seemed the toilet was flushing fine but he still did more testing and discovered there was another clog in the main line again. I really appreciate that he didn’t just assume the clog was cleared (like I did! 😅). He got to work immediately and when he was finished he explained what was going on with the pipes in great detail and in a way we could understand! We will definitely continue using Roto Rooters for our plumbing needs.

Ended up having a leaking outdoor spigot that I couldn’t repair myself, as the entire spigot was corroded and needed to be replaced. Terrence Collins, the tech with Roto-Rooter came out to fix my dripping spigot same day I put in my request for service, so definitely quick! He explained the entire repair to me and was extremely quick and efficient with getting supplies and completing the job. The repair required him to cut into my wall, and I greatly appreciated how careful and efficient he was with the cut, to make repairing the drywall much simpler.

Overall, it was an awesome experience and I was grateful for Mr. Collins! Would recommend and will use their service should I need a plumber in the future!

DJ came out to de-clog my plumbing lines and replace two toilet rings. He was very informative and super friendly. Really appreciate your help, man!

Was very displeased. Spent $521.00 and problem was not fixed. The technician was very pleasant and apologetic to me. In the end my problem still exists because they cannot go under the house, which I did not know from the beginning.

$500.00 to snake main line from front clean out to street (about 35ft), less than an hrs work. I feel like Roto-Rooter service is a rip off. Better off calling a handyman or small local plumber.

Could not be happier with the service I recieved. Called late Wednesday night, DJ showed up at 8 am Thursday. Snaked and jetted a clogged drain, AND cleaned everything up before he left.
