Like one of the reviewers below, the cleaners arrived early, which was great, but the quality of their work was really poor compared to what their website promises. I paid $104 for the Premium Clean of my apartment, which is the upgraded recurring package, and it includes windowsills, dusting of all furniture, cleaning the front of all appliances, etc. Afterward, there were significant omissions in every room. For example, although our TV stand was really clean, the two pieces of living room furniture next to it were still covered in dust and obviously hadn't been touched. I also filled a swiffer cloth with dust from the windowsills in the bedrooms, which clearly had not been touched. Although our fridge and stove had been cleaned, the front of other appliances, like the dishwasher, was still streaky and smudged.

I emailed Joshua, who had been my point of contact, on Friday night about the areas that the maids missed. I sent him a detailed list and photographs. I didn't hear anything back, so I called on Monday night, and still couldn't get a hold of Joshua. When he finally emailed me back, Josh didn't have much of an explanation for why the services I received fell so far short of what was promised. We don't have any closed bedroom doors, etc; our apartment is only 1000 square feet. Josh offered to send maids out to touch up the areas of the house that were missed, but I've already cleaned those. I asked Josh to cancel my service, which he did promptly, without further apology. My experience was definitely not worth the $104 I was charged for an allegedly superior package, and I would not recommend Two Maids & A Mop. I'm not sure where their advertised "great customer service" is, because I did not experience it.

I recently found myself completely overwhelmed and incapable of keeping up with day to day house chores with my work schedule. I did a lot of research on a company to pick, based on value, reliability, reputation and services offered. I also wanted to feel comfortable with someone being in my home while I am at work and not having to crate my animals.

I have had 3 services so far, and have been very impressed with the cleaning team so far. Ashtyn and Abby have been my typical cleaners, both very professional and good with my dog.

I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a reliable cleaning service!

Leslie and Emily did such a fantastic job with my deep clean service! Every inch of my apartment (which was in desperate need of a thorough clean) was given great care and attention. I don’t think my apartment has been this clean since I moved in! The online booking process was also simple and quick. I am so pleased and hoping to use the service more frequently now!

The ladies that came were very sweet and friendly. They were on time and got right to work. They were also very patient and pleasant when my kids wanted to chit chat with them. My baseboards were my main concern/request and they look really great! My toilets and bathrooms are sparkly. My oven looks incredible. All of my windows are clear. And my downstairs floors look awesome. No one is perfect though, right? The top and side of my fridge were missed, and a couple spots on the upstairs floor, but that's ok. Overall, we are very pleased with our Two Maids and A Mop service and would recommend them for your house cleaning needs.

Two Maids and a Mop have been cleaning our home for around a year. Lana and her team member came today - I hadn't seen her in a while. When I saw her face I KNEW I was going to get a thorough cleaning. She's so friendly and they did an excellent job. My husband and I are extremely busy and WFH - we just don't have time in our days to do the kind of cleaning Two Maids offers. We'd love to have Lana back every time! :)

The professionals who came to clean our home arrived promptly and worked efficiently to clean throughout the house. We have a couple of dogs that weren't happy they were there, and they did a great job of working around their space and leaving it much cleaner than when they started. It was easy to set up the appointment, and I will definitely use their services again!

A sick relative, after relocating to a new apartment, needed help. I hired Two Maids for her since I wasn't in a position to clean on a biweekly basis. The great reviews lured me in and the hiring process proved extremely easy. Communications were seamless and the work performed was thorough. During this post-COVID era where customer service is a fraction of what it used to be, it's nice to find a company concerned with client satisfaction while providing professionalism. THANK YOU!

Having to ask for areas to be re-cleaned more than once does not reflect the standards and quality that two maids advertises. Though professional in appearance and arrival the quality of their cleaning lacks. Overpriced service for a job that wasn’t completed with the quality cleanliness I thought I was getting. They wipe around messes for example I had soaps and lotions on my sink. Instead of removing the items and cleaning the sink and wiping/scrubbing any dirt scum and then placing the items back they just wipe around it. The shower walls still had soap scum and spots and had to ask to re-clean. After I checked the second time I didn’t want to readdress to clean the shower handle as well so just got irritated and dismissed them since they said they were done. They said there was a quality inspector that can come but since I was there they didn’t need the inspector. The time they took was only an hour and 15 min. A deep clean should at least take 2 hours.

Overall we are very satisfied with our experience. The scheduling and payment was handled efficiently and was very easy to navigate. We were quoted the exact price and received very timely communication. We were asked all questions necessary to perform the cleaning, and were treated with nothing but professionalism regardless of my major delay in getting back to them. We left a checklist for the cleaners and they marked off everything they were able to get done, and it looks great. We will certainly use Two Maids in the future and will definitely recommend them!

House was in great condition when I checked on it, easy to work with and schedule.

After talking to and getting quotes from 3 companies, we decided to go with Two Maids. I scheduled the premium monthly service. The team arrived a tad over the scheduled time window, which was not a problem. I showed them the areas and let them go about their business. After only an hour and 15 minutes, they claimed they were done. Said they had dusted, cleaned windows, all they were supposed to do for "premium" service. I checked around a bit and found that the whole top of the leather sofa was full of dust and hadn't been touched. There were crumbs on the seat of the sofa that were not vacuumed off. Fingerprints on fridge, smudges all over glass kitchen table. I had them vacuum crumbs and clean up fridge, paid them and they left. Upon a more complete examination, I found many areas undusted and any areas that were done were done hastily and incompletely. My glass shower doors were not cleaned either. Needless to say, what a rip-off! I have previously had cleaners from a Thumbtack referral and it took them 2.5 hours to thoroughly clean the same area, but when they left, all was sparkling. I would never leave someone's home in the condition Two Maids left mine. Totally unacceptable. Unfortunately, you don't get a second chance to make a good first impression. They will not be back.

I am mostly satisfied with the service. Both, Kim and Cam were professional and courteous. Kim was very friendly and warm. She is excellent at building rapport and providing excellent customer service! As long as I was present, she communicated and set accurate expectations for me. The cleaning was good. There were quite a few areas(floors) that I have had to go over and clean to my liking and the bathrooms were not as clean as I expected them to be. Aside from those things, the house smells clean and there is very little dust still remaining. I have a new home, now, and I am willing to try the service again.

The team did an excellent job cleaning my one bedroom apartment. I opted for a deep clean and I was very pleased with their efforts to get this place ready for my building to show to replacement tenants.

They communicated where necessary but were not overbearing. Will certainly give them another shout if I need another cleaning.

We just had our first experience for my parents and they were beyond thrilled. My mom has very high standards for cleaning and her expectations were not only met, but exceeded! Friendly, efficient, and thorough- we look forward to having them again!

The previous tenants left my rental property in poor condition, with the tub especially filthy. I am incredibly grateful to Two Maids for stepping in on less than 24 hours’ notice and thoroughly cleaning the property to move-in ready standards. Their exceptional work saved me from having to resurface the tub, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommended!!

While the cleaners were very nice, the deep clean felt like a normal weekly clean as there was still residue and gunk on the counters and cabinets/walls that could have been removed with a little elbow grease. Neither the front door nor the glass door was cleaned, with visible finger prints left on both. The living room felt untouched and with no special efforts put in (couch not vacuumed and blankets haphazardly folded). Two Maids said this service was not included, but at $450 it seems ridiculous to not include a simple couch vacuum. The cleaners didn't clean the oven because it was already relatively clean, but I still paid for that. Overall, it felt like way too much money for minimal effort and like a regular clean rather than a deep clean. The manager also assured me the cleaners would arrive at 8:30 as / was going out of town, yet they didn't arrive until shortly after 9am. I would not use them again and would instead spend less money for a better job somewhere else.
