Crystal did an outstanding job. My daughter likes to straighten her room before you arrive. Friday morning she was running late and left it a "mess." When she got home after the cleaning she said "it was beautiful." Great job.

From what I experienced, the marry maid cleaner who came to provide their service to my and my apartment (a one Jasmine) was quite nice, professional and organized with a great quality of service. Her willingness to clean around and tidy the clutter that could not be moved in time, and the thorough extent of the cleaning she did, were greatly appreciated. This was done by herself and herself alone. I am impressed and very satisfied with the exceptional quality of her service. I would definitely recommend that marry maids cleaning service to anyone who wants a friendly, great quality of service and in a timely manner.

I have used Merry Maids a few times now after having 2 surgeries and not being able to do it myself. They are always on time, friendly, communicative and thurough!

Caras did an excellent job on a very dirty apartment! She even brought the stove back to life! Ashley and Karen were helpful from office with updates of scheduling and invoicing.

Everything is great with my cleaning service.

I was moving out of my apartment of the last 12 years and needless to say, it needed a “Deep Cleaning!”

I contacted Merry Maids and immediately got an estimate. The schedule was agreed upon and knowing the effort I was very cautious about costs.

To me and my wife’s delight, Merry Maids showed up right on schedule and our Merry Maid went to work!

We were amazed that she had everything she needed and wizzed through the whole apartment cleaning it immaculately!

I have moved around the world and I would have loved to have used Merry Maids for all my moves to make life much easier!

I was very pleased with the service and response I recently had with Merry Maids, when I had to cancel and then rescheduled a cleaning for my mother-in-law. She had sick and once she was well enough her apartment desperately needed cleaning. It was easy to change the appointment and when they arrived there were two people cleaning.

Merry maids has been consistently wonderful. I always come home to a house that is totally clean—smells good but not medicinal and not a speck of dust. I really appreciate the level of service and obvious care.

Had a move-out cleaning performed. Caress did a great job! The house was so much cleaner thanks to her hard work!

The cleaning team of Robin and Sydney did a fantastic job. My daughter commented that they got stands out of her bathroom that she didn't think would ever come out due to her frequent hair dying. They were also very thoughtful and working around me who was still recovering from shoulder replacement surgery. They were on time and easy to work with.

I’ve had Merry Maids clean my house three times now and the experience has been wonderful. They get the job done and are great to work with. Would recommend for your cleaning needs.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I requested an estimate online which showed $157 for initial deep cleaning and $57 biweekly. I booked the appointment prior to having my other services done. First off they just assumed I was a female and left me a message calling me Miss (not a big issue but what’s with the assumptions???) I spoke with I believe April and she told me that she needed to contact corporate to find out what was going on but since I was quoted that it should be honored. She promised to call me back the next day. I waited all day for a call and finally called back myself. Another person there said she left a message for me that the biweekly price is $85. I had to request again for her to call me back. So you don’t honor prices as you say you do and you promise call backs to prospective customers and just leave them hanging knowing they are on a time schedule. It’s bad business all the way around. If this is how a prospective customer is treated imagine if you actually hire them and there’s an issue, I’m sure they will be more than happy to take ZERO responsibility for it. Do better Merry Maids!!!

Worst service ever, even my kid can do a better job of cleaning. The rooms were not vacuumed properly dust and food particles were in the corners of the rooms, spider webs still hanging in the corners and windows, and items that were moved for cleaning were not moved to their original place.

Horrible experience. I paid for a deep clean and nothing was actually cleaned. Floors weren’t mopped, surfaces weren’t wiped, and cleaning products were left in my shower. When I called to ask what I even paid for, I was promised call backs that never happened. The manager offered $20 as a “solution,” which is insulting. Save your money and book someone else.

Esperanza did an amazing job! The best we have had to date! She was thorough and my house looks wonderful! Pleasant and friendly as well. I really want her to come every time!

I had the pleasure of having Esperanza come out and clean my apartment. Cleaning wasn't understatement. The expectation was met and far exceeded. Not only was my apartment spotless, but she neatly organized everything and clean far beyond my expectation. Things were left better than I would have cleaned, and that's coming from somebody with a military background. I was overjoyed to see the meticulous attention to detail in cleaning everything and I would highly recommend not only the company but Esperanza herself.
