Merry Maids has cleaned my house twice. They have both done an excellent job cleaning. Thank you!

Although the crew was well mannered and respectful, the cleaning itself was subpar. Many of the blinds were not dusted, nor were all of the baseboards and light fixtures cleaned. A managerial review and additional cleaning were offered, but my open house for my home sale would have already occurred. I had to go and reclean the house. I have already filled out 2 surveys and requested a partial refund but have not received a response.

The kind young woman that came to clean our fathers house did an exceptional job. I was surprised in a 3400 sq. foot home you sent only one person. It took a long time for her to get the home clean, but she did a great job and kept busy the entire time she was in the home. I would recommend her to a friend. The very kind woman that took my call was very helpful and helped us at the 11th hour. I truly appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. Thank you.

Nell and Aisha, the 2 women from Merry Maids, did an EXCELLENT, professional, expeditious job of cleaning my house. They are the type of workers who are a pleasure to have in one''s home, and I recommend them unreservedly. Merry Maids sends an in-person estimator to the house, which allows the company to understand any unusual work requirements. For this company, who could ask for anything more? !

I love the cleaning and Cheyenne is always polite and helpful. But since I have retired , the price is too high. Do you offer senior citizen discount

Disappointed with service completely. Scheduled for spring cleaning of kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms. They scheduled 3 people for 2 hours. Instead, they only sent 2 ladies. Kitchen was done well, but the bathrooms looked like no one had cleaned them. Floors still dirty, dust all over, bathroom tile still had same grime. I called the supervisor, who called once and failed to follow up. She was going to come inspect the job, but never did. She even went as far as to tell me that Merry Maids "would have never scheduled 3 workers to come out". Had they not, I would not have offered them the job. Do not waste your time or money with Merry Maids.

Jessica and Sarah did a wonderful job getting our new home ready for move in! Seriously such a relief in a hectic week of moving to have their services.

Merry Maids did a move-out clean for me and did a wonderful job. They even sent pictures at the end as I requested. Would definitely use again!

Arrived 30 minutes late. Refused to do things like move dirty clothes to the laundry room (not wash them). Level of cleaning was decent, but not great. Have gotten better service for less money elsewhere. Don't plan to use again.

This was a, not perfect, but very good cleaning-- my best cleaning from Merry Maids so far. This was Kurstin's 2nd visit and she is the best cleaner I've had.

Nikki was amazing!! She was so thorough and cleaned our house with care for our allergy fur baby! We are so glad we switched our service to Merry Maids. Thank you.

The employees showed up in a timely fashion and got to work quickly. Overall they did a good job, however it would have been appreciated if they paid a bit more attention to detail (for example: edges of cabinets weren’t wiped down, top of the tub wasn’t cleaned, etc). They were polite and friendly and I would use this company again, but would want to double check their work!

Ava did a fantastic job on our bathroom and kitchen, including the refrigerator and stove. She was a joy to work with during our packing and moving day.

My house literally felt clean when I walked in the door. Details that others have missed were meticulously taken care of. Highly recommend!
