Kevin was great. He took care of our issues in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and kind. He really went out of his way to make sure we were in good shape before he left. We will definitely ask for him next time we have an issue.

Service Technician (Debo) was great. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, courteous, and took time to explain likely causes for issues we were having with our heating system. He provided updates on where he was at in the inspection process and how long it would take. He even took the time to help schedule a flow up appointment with a consult for potential installs I was interested in. All in all, a great experience in my first interaction with the company.

I had a issue with my heat not working. Joan was sent out & he came in and explained everything that was going on along with everything that needed to be done. We had two pipes and a water heater burst. Certainly not something anyone wants to come home to. They were quick to get us scheduled for repair and the communication from everyone was top notch. Our plumber Kevin was absolutely amazing! He was so nice and thorough. I feel he went above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend him and everyone at Michael and Sons

Dayne was awesome. Very professional, friendly, kind, informative. Made sure my special needs without electricity for the day was met before he started and made sure throughout his work day. Answered questions, explained use, etc.
Later in the day, Dayne had a co-worker that came to help, Francis. He too was very nice, hard working, and muchly appreciated as well.

Alex from Micheal & Son recently completed our heating and A/C inspection, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Andrew was friendly and provided great information so we could make informed decisions for our home and family. He provided lots of different options and we didn’t feel like we were being “conned” or tricked as we often do. He was on time and professional! And provided a coloring book for our toddler.

He returned a week later to install our water heater and was able to navigate the challenges of our home with ease. Again- he provided us with great information so we could make informed decisions and even showed us how to adjust the temperature and valves if we needed to! He provided his phone number in case we needed support later too. Definitely recommend Andrew in the future.

This was my first time using Michael and Son. From the phone call to get a profile set up with Enzo to having a technician sent out SAME DAY to check our smart thermostat to make sure wires were secured and corresponded to the correct location. The service was so professional from beginning to end. A text message sent the moment the appointment was confirmed, giving the timeline of arrival. I was off today, so it out worked perfectly. They even text you a photo of the technician who will be arriving! So incredibly safe! I’m a female and anyone could be coming to the door, you just never know these days.
Adam was professional the moment I opened the door, he was putting on his boot covers, still have snow and ice, what has melted has turned the grown to mud. Those are simple things however you don’t think about those details when inviting someone into your house. I just like details and Adam, you nailed it!

Adam gave me a visual and explained where the wires were going and I was able to explain it to my fiancé who was at work, and he was happy to know he installed the smart thermostat correctly and everything was running and working just right.

Adam even checked and told me the noise I had been hearing was the metal ducts and it was flexing with the heat going on and off creating that boom noise I keep hearing in the attic. Super duper nice to put my mind at ease that there aren’t refugees (opossums) up there living it up at my expense 🤣.

Crazy affordability to get that great of service from when you call, they pick up, to scheduling, tech arrives, diagnostic is done, payment collected! I mean WOW!! I own my own company too, so I am truly a fan! Thank you Adam for helping us narrow down our problem, you did great work👏

Dustin Wettstein did an excellent job as an electrician with your company. He was knowledgeable about his work and able to communicate well with me on the problem & cost to fix my electrical work. He even got my tankless hot water heater working and educated me on the outlets in newer homes. Dustin is a highly recommended technician and Michael & Son’s is a cut above the rest in the Richmond area. What made this experience the better than the local competitor was the fact the phone operator got me a next day appointment right after it snowed. Thank you all again for your help!

Outstanding Tesla charger installation experience with Michael & Son. The technician, William, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to do everything the right way. The wiring was clean, well-organized, and clearly installed with safety and long-term reliability in mind.

He explained the setup, answered all my questions, and made sure the charger was working perfectly before leaving. The entire install looks great and was done efficiently with zero issues.
