Joey Smith, owner of TechMasters LLC, recently installed a brand new BRYANT unit for me this Spring (2024). The unit works perfectly. The unit is quiet and cools superbly. Joey also installed my previous unit in 2013 and it worked perfectly as well. I wanted a new unit and decided to upgrade. I am very pleased with the new BRYANT unit. I cannot say enough about Joey’s honesty, diagnostic ability, quality of his work and professionalism. I trust him and can highly recommend him! He has taken care of my home units for 15+ years.

Absolutely horrible to work with.
$8000 ice machine, 1 month old, they came out for warranty work. Said it was the $1000 control board… nope. Machine didn’t work. Came back out, accused us of “messing with the machine,” nope, we opened the front cover to see what error code was flashing… came back out, said it was a hot gas valve, didn’t pull the vacuum down properly before soldering a new valve on, contaminated the refrigerant, machine still not working. Owner has a Napoleon complex and clearly hates his life and job.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. This company does not complete repairs properly or stand by their (shoddy) work, as the issue that I initially called for still persists and they have not done anything to correct it (14 days and counting). As you can see in the picture attached, the error light on the ice machine returned less than 24 hours after the repair was "complete" and the machine stopped working. The inflated repair cost was $500 for a diagnostic and repair service that did NOT resolve the issue. Adding insult to injury, the manager (John) is rude and difficult to work with. His excuse on why they did not come back or respond for 14 days was, "we were waiting for your check to clear." I called the manufacturer to complain about this group as they were listed on the company website as an authorized repair center. One would think that that the manufacturer would have qualified service centers listed, clearly calling Commercial Air was the mistake. Unless you like to waste your time and money, call someone else and save yourself the headache.
