Allen and Chase did a fantastic job replacing my upstairs HVAC system which conked out during the hottest part of the summer. Mark priced a new Rheem system for me and scheduled install within a week of us signing the contract. The new system is working perfectly and I really appreciate their professionalism, price, and speed!

Excellent work. I've used them to install a gas fireplace and for regular maintenance of my HVAC system. They are always on time and professional. Prices are reasonable as well. Would recommend.

Hands down, there is no better heating and air company in Richmond. They don't need to flood the TV with ads and jingles. They are honest, knowledgeable and SO nice to deal with. They respect their workers and take good care of them, and it shows. AND they give back to the community as well in many different ways. More people should use their business model.

Had Chase technician's Ronny Phelps and Thomas Lawson out this morning to inspect a possible leak in our main waterline. The were professional and found a leak, repaired and tested in within a a couple of hours. Great service!

They were extremely fast...they arrived within 30mins of me calling. I fully expected to have to wait several hours or days before someone came out. Their work was very neat and professional. They cleaned up their mess. I think their price was $125/hr in which they ensure to tell you over the phone. My only qualm was the parts....I think their markup was rather exhorbetant. For what looked to me to be about $25-30 worth of parts, they charged about $200 . However, I can rest assured it was done right.

Had to give 1 star so I could write a review. Otherwise it would have been negative stars. They worked on a heating system. I waited patiently for a month to be told they couldn't get a part. Said heating system could not be repaired and gave me a quote for $9000 for new system. I called another Hvac repair company for second opinion and they repaired boiler same day for $200. Chase should be run out of business for that kind of unethical business.

I woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. I was referred to Chase Inc and they came out promptly. They were very courteous and did a wonderful job. Thanks again!

Awesome from the initial call. I didn't quite know my issue but I talked to the technician's and issue was the wax ring in stool. I had recently purchased a new one, He replaced and all is well. Bought a house with a nightmare of plumbing on the second floor. I had several companies come out before Chase, none of those companies either cared or wanted to put forth the effort to correct the issues. Chase is truly an amazing company with great employees who know their stuff. They have corrected my nightmare and i now have piece of mind.

Can't say enough good things about Chase. Jeremy did the summer maintenance check and found dampers in the crawl space which he opened to allow more airflow to the upstairs bedroom; now a stronger flow, creating a more uniform temperature throughout the house. Other service techs in the past had missed these dampers. Jeremy is a true asset to your company and I will ask for him to do the winter maintenance.
