I am shocked by this young man’s expertise, compassion, and actual love of electricity? I don’t get it, but he did and not only did he fix my problem in the heartbeat which every other major HVAC company wanted to fix for like 2500 bucks…… He did it so inexpensively /so efficiently he was honest he even followed up with me to make sure everything was OK. Give this guy a shot. He is definitely the real deal and I have used a lot of HVAC people who have tried to sell me a new HVAC system when I have a filter clogged. He is most definitely not about sales. He owns his own company. Good to see you doing so well still

Amazing company with no overhead at all. They do things cheaper than their local competition and there's no funny business whatsoever. They also explain stuff to you in a way that makes sense to the consumer. Joey would take the time to have 30 minute phone calls fully explaining an issue. They also acted incredibly fast.

Let me just say Marc Purser was simply amazing!!! He was motivated and invested with finding out the exact issue of my heating system. Not only was his professional and skilled, he took his time to explain the issues he was dealing with. Just off of his service, I will be signing up for the maintenance plan as I am truly satisfied. I couldn't thank him enough!!!!!

What I like about the business is Joey. He is awesome! very knowledgeable, lots of experience and willing to educate the customer. Joey and his crew were fantastic. They presented me with a most reasonable quote to install a heat pump and ductwork in my cold house. They worked efficiently and with minimal mess. Joey came up with a work around that saved me a lot of money. The whole process went very well and I recommend this company to anyone.

Amazing service, had an issue with the contractor that installed our unit, Joey came out the next day and found the issue very quickly, explained everything that was going on, friendly and very knowledgable! Very highly recommend!

Joey came out to our house the next day after I called him because our unit was going bad and said he’d get back to me the next day to come out and either fix the unit or give us an estimate. I didn’t hear back from him until 2 weeks later along with a bill for $125 for coming out and an estimate for fixing our unit.

I rarely find a service that I take the time out of my schedule to review BUT this company is great. Joey came out at 10:30pm to help when my ceiling leaked from my AC unit. That is the second time he has done that. If he misses your call, he calls right back and there is no waiting with him. He is very efficient and will tell you exactly what is wrong and how he can help. Great rates also for getting emergency service at such a short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Called TechMasters because our AC is on the fritz and we were looking to upgrade to a heat pump/heat pump existing furnace backup etc. We weren't really sure what our options and best course of action might be.
Joey explained everything very clearly, much better than other companies' reps that came out, and was very focused on getting us to understand what the pro's and con's of each option were.
We were quoted multiple options that by the time Joey was done, we clearly understood what worked best for our budget and energy needs.

I had a new heat pump installed by TechMasters, Joseph Smith did the install. He showed me options on units he could install he gave me the price and that price is what I paid. However, they must have put in an additional 2 hours of work fixing the sloppy install that had been done on the other unit. He’s very knowledgeable on the different units. I was thankful he fixed the issues from last install. Last but not least…. They cleaned up all the spaces making sure not to leave anything behind. I definitely would recommend this company.

Jason completed a 3-zone mini-split install in my separate 3-bay shop. His work ethics and customer service were great. Although he hadn't installed a mini-split from this manufacturer (Pioneer), he flowed through the entire install without missing a beat. His experience showed his best. I liked that he didn't have to think about the next step. I really appreciate that he kept all his work in my best interest to be sure all of his work met or exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Jason.

After several estimates to replace furnace and heat pump, Joey at TechMasters was the most knowledgeable and helpful for me to make the right decision. He and his staff installed both units in a timely manner, explained how they work and answered all questions. Techmasters helped us traverse getting our AC replaced during the summer of 2021. Even though replacement units were hard to get ahold of due to Covid relate supply issues. They helped locate one for us and get it replaced. Their technicans are knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend for your HVAC needs!
