I've had a long running issue with my second floor mini split (was told it needed to be replaced) and Marc with TechMasters was my THIRD contractor to come out and he not only resolved my issue within 30 min he taught me about the equipment in my home and how to prevent the same thing from happening in the future....SO PLEASED!! I would highly recommend Tech Masters for any HVAC repair and or installation job. Jason Kinney was my designated technician who was very knowledgeable, skilful and knew exactly what the problem was after he took the time to investigate. He stayed back to make sure all the systems were performing the way they are supposed to. I would pick them over Sears any given day who came out 7 times over a period of 2 months and were not able to fix a problem with a low voltage wire that was shorting.

Second time we have utilized TechMasters, and they have been great to work with both times. Great team, no nonsense, personable, responsive, knowledgeable and upfront. If you are looking for anything to do with HVAC, I would highly recommend TechMasters!

The technician arrived on time even with snow on the ground, this was a routine maintenance call he was able to find Loose wires that in the future could have been damaging and catch fire, he fixed the problem and replaced one part that was probably 30% on it's way out, well done Tech Masters. .

We went through *four* deadbeat contractors in *12 months* via a home warranty company and all of them ghosted on us. Not TechMasters though - they communicated arrival times, showed up on time, were professional and most of all ACTUALLY DID THE WORK THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO! Joey, Jason and Nathan installed our new furnace in just a few hours - clearly they knew what they were doing. They explained everything, answered all of my questions and even showed me how to manipulate the air diverters to maximize comfort and efficiency. We liked them so much that when it's time to do our air conditioner there's no question I'm going to request them by name through our warranty company. I would pay out of pocket to hire this team and would recommend them to family and friends. It's clear they put the customer first! Thanks guys!
