My plumber had a emergency and didn’t arrive during the window of time I was given. However, when I called the office, a new plumber was quickly dispatched, who was very professional and efficient. The cost was high, but I think pretty standard for plumbing in general. Overall, it was a good experience.

If it were possible this would be a -122. This company strung me along for 3 weeks and failed to do anything. The owner specifically told me that he is at the mercy of his employees and cannot make grown people do anything. He continuously told me that they would come out and look at my property and failed to do so three or four times in a row. They have never followed up after even having an approval for financing. It's amazing how these people are still in business considering they have not been rated at the Better Business Bureau and have no contractor's license. There have been several complaints against them at the BBB and it is shown that the company is supposedly no longer in business, however, they are still advertising commercials for 3575 for a new HVAC system. The whole thing is a big joke and a hoax. Buyer beware do not call this company for anything. The biggest joke of all is the owner, Ron Fogg. I explained to him that our air conditioning had been out for several days when we called him and that I am disabled and must have air conditioning to cool me so that I don't become ill. He informed me that he is disabled too and there's really nothing he can do about it all I can do is continue to call him and check in. After a certain point, this became completely ridiculous and my husband and I decided that we were no longer going to harass people into taking our money. We moved on to a real company, One Hour Air. Within the span of two days, they came in, did an estimate, approved us for a full financing at a lesser price, completed all the work in addition to the work that Williams & Fogg said we would need, all with a smile professionalism and courtesy. Williams & Fogg should definitely take a page from One Hour Air. Again, buyer beware. And I hope that anyone who has received poor service, no follow-up, and just any other ridiculous thing from Williams & Fogg post up and get this company shut down. Thanks for nothing, Ron Fogg.

I had this company come out to my house for HVAC service! I purchased the unit from them I had full parts warranty! I explained that I had warranty before they completed the job!! It ended up costing me $400+ dollars! This company is a total ripoff I will never use them again!

My home owners warranty contacted Williams & Fogg to come for a service visit. I spoke with dispatcher who sent a technician to my home. The tech was very pleasant, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on with my ac unit. It was determined it was my compressor, Mark came back out to install the new compressor but he was sent the wrong part. After finally receiving the right one, he determined another problem but was able to get my AC working. I can’t say enough kind words to the staff for being understanding and patient with me and treating me as a valued customer. I would definitely refer this company to anyone in need of these services.

I used them recently to replace a nearly 20 year old AC/furnace in my home. As a first time home owner, I thoroughly appreciated their expertise and professionalism. Ron, his brother (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name) and Harold were all a pleasure to work with and deal with. They were communicative and polite and willing to help me answer any questions I had. I will absolutely use them again. I also greatly appreciate their speediness on getting in the parts they needed during a time when people are struggling with supply costs and availability during the pandemic still. I am happy I found them.

I called and set up an appointment for replacing a toilet wax seal and a dripping faucet repair the next day between 12 - 2. The next day, no one shows up at all. I call them around 2:30 and they tell me their guy had to shower and was running late. This wouldn't have been a problem if they had taken the time to inform me he would be running late, as I was on a strict schedule for the day. I end up just re-scheduling for the next morning. Next morning, guy comes out and fixes the toilet which was great. However, he ends up saying he doesn't have the proper tool to fix the sink. This would not be that big of a deal normally, except that he attempted work on it without the proper tool and somehow made it worse. The faucet now barely works at all - it just drips a little faster when we turn it on. Called back a few days later stating the faucet is now in worse condition than before they paid us a visit. They simply stated we had to pay for a technician to fix it. First, he told us the day before he couldn't repair it with his tools. Second, I wasn't asking for a repair, I was asking for them to undo the damage they had done. Quite frankly, with the price of the wax seal repair being one of the most expensive I've heard of at $165, and that along with breaking my faucet, I'd stay away from this service.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service from Williams & Fogg. The staff provides excellent customer service. When obtaining our air conditioner unit, their expertise and efficiency was exceptional. They treated us with kindness, compassion, consideration and respect. We were even able to finance in-house. The office manager is very helpful, always making sure that there has not been any issues with our unit since it has been installed. I have recommended Williams & Fogg to our neighbors. I would highly recommend Williams & Fogg as the best company in the Petersburg, Colonial Heights, Chester and Dinwiddie area. Excellent service, knowledgeable and experienced staff. Always ensuring that our needs are met. Great rates for in-house financing!

I needed multiple services addressed and Doug from Williams & Fogg provided excellent service. His work was fast, professional, and excellent. He repaired the gas flex line, installed a new garbage disposal and new water heater. The administration provided by Bonnie was excellent too. I would not hesitate to use Williams & Fogg as a result of my experience with both Doug and Bonnie. Thanks for a great job!

I have been very happy with Williams and Fogg Heating, Air, Plumbing, and Electrical Company. I initially found them on Service Master and they had competitive prices compared to other companies I looked at.

I have used Williams and Fogg a couple of times now for heating/air as well as plumbing work at my mother-in-law’s house. They have done installation as well as maintenance.

Everything turned out perfectly – they were prompt and did very good work. they know how to stop a leak. I would recommend them.

I arrived home from work and my kitchen sink had somehow caved a fell completely under the cabinetry. I googled the closest business to my house and Williams & Fogg popped out. I immediately called and the technician arrived in 2 hours to fix the problem. The two guys that arrived were very professional, comical and provided me with a decent repair fee. I hope to never have to repair any plumbing any time soon but if I do... I'm calling Williams & Fogg!!!

RUDE Owner! Jessie, didn't even try to help! I was asking for a quote. He asked me what quotes I already had. After I told him, he was like, yeah well mine are probably going to be the same if not more. All he cared about was MONEY!!!! I said, I guess we can just cancel the appointment and he was like, YEAH! What a total JERK!!!!!!! You will NEVER get any referrals from me, EVER!!!!

We needed a mini split system cleaned and Eric was the technician that came out. He was very polite and knowledgeable and answered my questions without hesitation. We will use this service in the future and highly recommend them.

We’ve used this company for years so we were shocked by the level of customer service we received today! We called last night and left a voicemail to see about service today. We were contacted and told 1-5pm and then at 3pm contacted and told the technician was running late and wouldn’t arrive till after 5pm and therefore we would be charged after hours rates!! How is it our fault the technician is late and why should we be penalized? Unacceptable and poor customer service….especially to an existing customer!
