My former company of over 10 years (Hungerford) when called in for emergency Oil promised me they would be out the next day and call me, When I called back the next day to make sure of a time, they told me it would be 3 days before I could get Oil Delivery ( making it seem they were overbooked), then they called back again and said we "shifted oil from other deliveries and can be out Tomorrow. Well so they don't have enough supply. I don't like the LIES and Broken Promises of Hunderford OIL. so they lost a 10 year old Customer and KELLEHER gained a new Loyal customer and advocate for their Services.

Kelleher You have a customer for life since you keep your promises and deliver on your promises both literately and figuratively.

You understand customer service and understand what it means to keep your word, keep the faith of customers and keep good on your word. That means a lot in today's business world.

I was looking this morning for an emergency pluming service (main sewer was blocked), manager on duty called me back with in 5-10min and recommended another company for underground sewer work -> that recommendation was awesome and problem got fixed this morning.
We will definitive go back to Kellerher for any other upgrade/issue, I love that Kellerher know what they can do and that they have very good recommendations for stuff they are not specialist for.

Kelleher replaced our water heater. It was completed in a timely manner by professional staff members. We have used Kelleher before and will continue to do so in the future due to the quality of their completed work.

I called Kelleher to fix a leak. They came out latte and said he didn’t have time to fix problem and rescheduled for following week and charged $109 for just looking at problem. Came out next week and fixed problem. No problem with repair, so far, but they charged and addition $89 service charge. The bill was $525 for second visit, including service amount, but still wanted the $109 for the week before, had it not been for him coming late, he could have fixed at the time with only one service fee. I called and complained. Me Kellerher was to call me back, but didn’t.
I think they should be more Customer aware with service call charges.

I got two quotes for our AC HVAC replacement and not only were these guys less expensive but Seth & his crew were so helpful and thorough.

I’m planning to have them help replace my water heater next!

Great experience with them. We have used them for 4 years and they are dependable, knowledgeable and courteous and reasonable! The best when it comes to heating air conditioning and plumbing.

I had an HVAC system installed by Kelleher last Thursday 2/27/20 . The team came out early all very polite and answer any question my wife had (woohoo!). The system was installed and work great . The kelleher team did a fantastic job . Thank you ! We have heat and are ready for a summer . I will highly recommend Kelleher HVAC.

We started calling on Kelleher about 15 years ago when we fired an incredibly bad contractor who had started a 1200 Sq ft addition on our 1920's home. I can't say enough good things about the Kelleher family and their company. We will never use anyone else. They were able to come in and unravel bad wiring, plumbing that looked like it had been put together by a three year old, and a furnace that I'm convinced "fell off" of one of the subs' trucks. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and on time. They have fixed our furnace during a snow storm and called me back within 15 minutes on a Sunday for a clogged toilet. Brian, Erin, Joe, Barry, Chuck and Steve are the best. If you are looking for someone to call you back and do the job right, I would recommend Kelleher above any other company in Metro Richmond.

Awful experience and TERRIBLE customer service with Kelleher. We asked them to come service our HVAC system and asked for an estimate to improve airflow in our attic. We were charged labor for the estimate and we did not authorize any work to be done. When trying to resolve the issue, they refused to speak with us on the phone and would only communicate via email. They no showed on our gas line installation the following day. Steer clear.

Had three outside light receptacles replaced. Scheduling the appointment was easy. Steve arrived on time and was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Thank you Steve and Kelleher for a professional job well done.

Working with Kelleher has been great! From the initial contact with Pete, who gave the estimate, as well as the two gentlemen, Thomas and Corey, who came to the house to add a gas line, the company has been professional and timely. The men worked from 7:30-5:30 with only a 30 minute lunch. It was a hot day and the job was messy, in and out of the crawl space and the house. They were neat and left the house without any traces they had been there. They were also courteous and patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Kelleher and see why they receive such high ratings.

This is a true family owned business. The staff were very warm and inviting. Their office is well kept and organized and it shows how much they care for their customers. Their technicians have decades of experience and expertise in Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC. Kelleher responded immediately when I called with an air conditioning problem. My lines were clogged and water was pouring down my walls. The guys were professional, fast and very thorough in making sure the entire system was in good working order on a 90 degree day. This is the second time they’ve been to my house. I won’t call any other company to service my units! I love Kelleher!!

Kelleher came to my home and replaced a leaky shower drain for me as well as the trap that it drained into. The technician they sent was very knowledgeable and polite. They got to work quickly and got everything functioning properly and fast. They left no mess behind. It wa as if no one had ever come to make a repair because of how clean they left it. My drain is now functioning correctly and no longer leaks.

I will update in a weeks time if the leak comes back.

My heat was out in the downstairs of my house. Called Kelleher, and had a service appointment the same day. The technician came on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced some parts and had the heat back up and running in no time. I also use Kelleher for for heating oil delivery, and have had only good experiences.
