WOW! I called at 10 AM, they arrived at 2PM for a heating issue with my gas furnace, problem solved. They performed a spring service on the AC unit before we need to turn the unit on, loaded it up for the season and off they went. Great service, reasonable price and very timely. Seasonal maintenance. Badda Bing. I highly recommend.

We had our annual service on our furnace. Larry was very polite, professional and explained the services he performed today. He was genuinely concerned about the functioning of our furnace. Cindy is great with the scheduling and notification of Larry’s arrival. Other service calls with Kelleher have been consistent to this experience. We’ve been a customer for 29 are satisfied.

I recently had Kellleher install a new furnace in my small Randolph home. What a great capable team . The Job was completed in one day.My previous HVAC man (who retired recommended you) The estimate was clear and comprehensive the technicans were a polite and informative and did a great job Thank you !

Requested an appointment on Sunday. By Tuesday, the issue with my gas furnace was diagnosed, parts were sourced, and the problem was fixed. The techs sent out were experienced and did not try to upsell. Extremely impressed and will be using for future HVAC needs.

Will never use another heating/plumbing/cooling company again. Have used at least two others in the past, but they were some combination of incompetent, unreliable, too focused on upselling, in a rush to get to the next call, etc. Kelleher was prompt, could discuss the issues thoroughly and respond to questions, and took the time to be holistic in their diagnosis and solution(s). These guys are total pros!

From the time that Kelleher performed a site visit to determine equipment size and pricing, to final installation, their overall performance was excellent. Our HVAC system was 18 years old, so we decided to invest in two new heat pumps and two air handling units. Kelleher offers Trane equipment and we decided on a Seer2 rating of about 20. Additionally, the units installed feature variable air technology. The cost estimate was very reasonable, and the work was performed in two days. The installation crew was well organized and executed the work in high, workmanship manner. In short, they were experienced tradesmen and did not disappoint. There are many competing HVAC companies in the Richmond, VA area, however Kelleher is in the top 1% for quality, performance, and reliability.

One phone call & service was set up. Our plumber was Lee who was assisted by Chris. They were very professional, knowledgeable and good communicators. This company has an excellent reputation, and it was on display today with these two class acts.

No legal truck parking. Shipping clerk very rude. Said truck drivers are a dime a dozen. Limited space at docks due to their equip just parked there

Decent place for your duct needs. Takes a little too long to receive your material. Seems a bit disorganized back in the duct area. But good folks nonetheless

Needed two washers/orings in a size that I could not find anywhere. Three guys made it their business to help me find what I needed. Then comped me for both. You just don’t get service like that anymore these days.!
