Walt is great. Very honest and reliable. We have used his company for years and they have always provided great customer service and unbeatable prices. Airpro is great, my landlord contracts through them and they got our very quickly to fix my heat first thing this morning and have come out to fix my AC previously as well. John the technician was excellent and fixed my heat quicker than I’ve seen anyone fix anything plus cleaned out my vent!! Lisa in the office is great as well and always responds quickly to communication and kept me updated on their ETA frequently. Thanks airpro!

Everything looks great and feels great! I really appreciate the small things you did like fixing the vent in the kitchen, putting the sliding door back on its hinges and getting the bleach stain off the floor next to the laundry machines. Very happy I chose them!

I cannot speak highly enough of Air Pro Mechanical. My heat pump locked up during the cold spell we had a few weeks ago. I was given a quote to repair the unit. I called AirPro since they did a good job on a furnace at my father's. Even though it was late in the day, Walt called me back, came out the next day and quoted a replacement unit for approximately the same price as the other guys "repair" . The best part is, his guy was out the next day to install it. Walt even showed up personally to help get us up and running again! Truly great people and great service. As I said, cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

The Tech, John, was fantastic to work with on the service call. Very knowledgeable and corrected the issue quickly with good feedback. He has worked at my home before and I would specifically request him. Air Pro mechanical has always done a great job for us.

Great service doesn’t even begin to describe the experience you get with Air Pro Mechanical. Air-Pro mechanical was fast, friendly, and professional, and John even helped me understand the issue so I could troubleshoot next time on my own. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it and my house is on the way to cool!

Air-Pro came out while my a/c was down and did a fabulous job. Kent, an estimator with them made sure to bring me a window unit until they had an opening. The installers did such a nice job of keeping us informed during the process and making it the least invasive they possibly could. i would recommend them for any services you may need.

John is super easy going and polite. He was able to troubleshoot and give suggestions for us to get by until a part was ordered.

Air-Pro has come out and done an excellent job on installations and repairs for my business. Very reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommend to any individual or business to use.

My husband and I are very very happy with the diagnostics and service work done at my mother’s home in Henrico County. Kevin diagnosed the problem and Mitch and his team came to repair the issue. Not truly 24/7 emergency services.

We used Air Pro (Walter) last October and we had a great experience and they were able to come out next day (even with us an hour out)

We have no heat currently and the em heat temporary fix we were given (which was very helpful from Jennifer) cut out on us shortly after. Called the next day for an update and spoke with Lisa and she said that they had been talking and didn’t think they could get anyone out soon due to the drive. I told her I understood but we wanted to try to use them again since our experience was good last time. She then said that we would be paying for the 2 hours of driving (which is understandable but we were not charged for it last time) my stressor is- how long would she have waited to give us a call (it was 12pm the next day when I reached out) and tell us they couldn’t do it….prolonging getting someone out in general.

Andrew was excellent! He was knowledgeable and able to explain things clearly. He worked quickly in order to diagnose the issues and was very helpful in providing real solutions that fit with our budget. We will be engaging them again in the future for a plumbing issue because we were so thrilled with the HVAC service.
