I have owned my home for 33 years and Jordan is the FIRST technician that told me that I only needed air filters at the furnace or the intakes and NOT BOTH! Having them at both can overwork my NEW HVAC system. I, of course, researched this and found it to be absolutely true. Not only did I get great advice but now I can not stop replacing several costly filters every 2 months! THANK YOU JORDAN!

He took me through evey part of his trouble shooting my first floor Hvac System. He did a fantastic job. I hope I get him on every service call. This was my first time with Bradley Mechanical, I was using One of there competitors, but as of now I'm going to stick with Bradley Mechanical.

Bradley Mechanical has just been wonderful to work with. After performing extensive maintenance and repairs to my mini-split system over the summer, they returned to repair a leak to the system which had resulted in me having no heat for several days. They honored their previous work and did not charge me a dime to correct the issue I was having. I would highly recommend them to anyone for repairs to their HVAC system!

Jason Maines was great and very thorough in his assessment on a new unit. However due to overall price and warranty we decided to go another direction.
I will definitely give Jason a call on the next opportunity.

I like that at the completion of each maintenance check-up, they send you photos of your equipment, the readings they took, and all the details about what they checked, so you can compare to previous visits. It also insures that you get what you are paying for and that they did a through job. I appreciate that a lot! Every tech has been very polite and tidy.

Technician called the day before to verify his time of arrival and arrived right on time. He went over what services he would be providing, asked if I had any questions, and kept me advised on his progress. Upon his completion, he went over what work he had done and answered questions I had. Being fairly new in the neighborhood, I requested his input as to where I might find a reliable handyman to repair an area of sheet rock in my living room ceiling that had water damage. He checked his phone and was able to give me a couple of local places to check into. He was courteous, knowledgeable in his work, and a pleasure to meet! Arrived within specified time. Very polite young man. He quickly looked over the inside unit, thermostat and the outside unit. So far I am very happy with the performance of the new unit and the maintenance of it.

I got home from the Hospital with my first baby only to find my thermostat blank and my house cold. I've never taken very good care of my HVAC system (I'm young and dumb) so i wasn't exactly suprised, just annoyed with myself and the situation. Not only did the technician Matt make it to our house from across town in less then an hour, he blew me away with his knowledge and competence, and was way more thorough then I expected any contractor to be this day in age. You guys saved the day and I can't thank you enough. If the rest of the company is even half as good as our technician Matt, then I know I'll be in good hands.

I was concerned with my heat pump frosting up with the upcoming weather, Ryan was able to diagnose the issue quickly and corrected the problem again! He has taken care of ongoing issues in the past with his advanced knowledge and professionalism. Please give him a bonus😊

As always a pleasure working with Bradley Mechanical, everyone from the office staff to the HVAC technicians are always extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of their work is almost unmatched. We made the mistake a year ago to have our gas furnace replaced by a different company and it was nothing but a nightmare with them it almost immediately stopped working and it was nearly impossible to get them to honor their warranty. It got to the point where that company’s technician admitted he didn’t know how to fix the issue and to seek help elsewhere. That’s when we found Bradley they sent a tech out the next day and immediately resolved the issue, they even worked with new distributors to resolve our problem as the heater that was installed required parts that almost no one carried. Would always recommend Bradley for any HVAC work you may need.

Thank you so much for coming out to my home and fixing my HVAC system. I have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma and suffer from severe neuropathy from past chemotherapy treatments, so maintaining heat in my home is very important for my health.

When my heater went out on a day when temperatures were in the 30s, I called because you are the company that normally handles my maintenance. I explained my situation, and your team came out the same day, ordered the needed part, and returned by midday the next day to have everything installed and running properly.

The craziest part is that I have American Home Shield coverage for my HVAC system, and they told me it would be at least a week and a half before someone could come out—even with snow coming and the coldest temperatures of the year approaching. There was no urgency shown.

Bradley Mechanical, on the other hand, stepped up and got it done. Great job.

This was my second company I had come out in the last 2 weeks. Let me tell you, way cheaper and more reasonable than the last. Im not talking 15% or 20%. Im talking half the cost of a quote from F.H Furr HVAC. Please people shop around, but it seems this company isn't out to destroy your savings account.
