Bradley Mechanical provided the best customer service I have ever received. I called at 10 am hoping someone could come to repair my furnace sometime this week. Soon I received a photo of the repairman and his name. At noon he arrived. He was very friendly and professional. He quickly found the problem and got to work.
I am very pleased and satisfied with my experience with Bradley Mechanical. I highly recommend this company.

We recently used Bradley Mechanical for the first time for our HVAC system service. The technician explained everything in detail, made recommendations and took his time to properly check the system out for the season. We ended up going with their yearly membership package. I am impressed with their service and we will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs. 🙂

Just seeking an estimate at this point. Have not decided on a contractor yet. The sales representative was available the same day I called. Arrived on time and was very personable. Quickly evaluated our need and created an estimate on site. Made us aware of a tax break with the system recommended. It was a great experience.

Trae performed a HVAC maintenance check today. He arrived within 4 hr window, assessed the inside and outside unit and assured me both were working properly. Trae was professional and polite. I continue to recommend Bradley Mechanical.

My 95 year old Mother did not have any heat, called t h e oil Company she uses but no one called back and no one arrived in 3 days. I called Bradley Mechanical explained what was happening, they installed the Furnace in her home, and they came out the next day with a timeframe between 12 and 4:30. Our Tech texted us he was on the way, arrived t 12:30. Tested the furnace, checked the oil tank, and found there was no oil. We apologized for the call and the tech, Steven, showed me how to reset once the oil company filled the tank, very courteous, always with a smile. We have an Oil Company coming to fill the tank. But really appreciate Bradley Mechanical for coming to see if they could help get the heat running. Thank you Bradley Mechanical.

The Bradley Mechanical technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and punctual. We've been very satisfied with every visit. Today's visit was already covered from when we became members so there was no cost.

Prompt, courageous service is an under statement. They had to park a ways away from my home and walk because of the weather. We always have the same tech, Mason. We trust him and learn something new with every visit. But the guy never takes tips.

Readily available same day I called. They were on time and communicated prior to arrival. Fixed the simple electrical problem and ensured heat was functioning prior to leaving. They were also clear about prices when calling and when repairing.

He was on time, professional, and very efficient. Worked independently and was kind enough to watch out for my kitty cats to make sure they didn't get into a place they shouldn't be. Definitely_why I trust Bradley mechanical for all things HVAC. And I'm so glad they were wonderful about scheduling before the cold weather Hits. I love my monthly plan. Fair price, great service, and dependable.

My technician was great. My window was eight to noon and he had arrived at my house a little after eight after calling and letting me know he was coming. He was timely and efficient in his work and very kind and courteous to me.

Matt was our serviceman, he did our assessment and was very thorough in explaining the problem with our furnace. I had another company come out prior to Bradley Mechanical and the serviceman didn’t have a clue in the function of the furnace. I will be calling back to schedule the repairs and will ask for Matt personally. Repairs will run approximately $2K which is reasonable for what’s needed.

Jordan was so respectful and accommodating. He checked both of our heater/air-conditioning units I left a very detailed thorough report. We have a Bradley mechanical service plan and they have taken great care of us over the years.

Bradley Mechanical is a great company, they really care about their customers. They have an excellent maintenance package. We always request Brian Leszcynski. He is a fantastic technician who knows what he's doing, is honest and dependable. I recommend every one give them a chance, you won't be disappointed.

many other companies could not come out all day and my heat was not working. They came out very promptly right after I called, checked everything and Dominique found the problem right away. He replaced my thermostat and got the exact one I needed. Bri was also tremendously helpful in scheduling and organizing. Both Bri and Dominique were very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. No wonder so many people in Richmond are saying such good things about Bradley Mechanical!!

Andrew was great! He very quickly found the problem with my unit and explained it in a way that was very easy to understand. He also offered recommendations to keep my unit running smoothly. He even reviewed my previous services to determine if this was an ongoing issue. Andrew was honest, informative, and it’s clear that he values providing great customer service!

The salesman Chris Hairfield was very prompt and courteous. Explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. So far everything has been fine. Unit is scheduled to be installed tomorrow morning. The ladies that handle the office calls were very efficient and courteous and took care of all my questions. Kathy who helped with financial issues was awesome in helping me get the financial needs in order to get the scheduling to have the unit installed. Bradley Mechanical helped me get of the fix I was in. So far fantastic company and glad I chose them.

I’m not moving forward with Bradley Mechanical for this particular job because I chose another company after getting multiple quotes, but I want to commend Sales Executive Ethan Ayers who came out for the estimate. He was excellent, very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He took the time to answer all my questions. My decision wasn’t a reflection of his service at all. Based on his professionalism alone, I would absolutely consider Bradley Mechanical in the future.

Mason came today to service Lochinvar gas boiler. This has a computer panel. I have had technicians from other companies come and not know how to service this equipment. He did an excellent job. He answered my questions. He helped me to understand how this equipment works, especially when the temperature is very low. He was thorough, meticulous, and detail oriented.

We had an emergency where we had no heat during very cold weather. Bradley Mechanical
was able to send someone out within 2 hours of my call that evening. Brian was both knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to quickly resolve the issue. Was very polite and explained everything to our satisfaction.

The outdoor upstairs heat pump was not working for several days during the recent polar vortex. Bradley Mechanical promptly scheduled a service call and the technician, Mason Wright, did an excellent job diagnosing, testing, and correcting the issue. He was professional, on time, friendly, took his time, and explained every step he took. He was also clear about the cost of the corrective actions he proposed and gave me the information I needed to feel comfortable with the decisions I needed to make. Great job.
