We were given a 9-1p window, at 12 no one had called me so I had to call to verify they were still coming. I was then told that they were running late, finally received a call at 150, plumber arrived at 2:20, which meant I had to leave work as my wife only allocated being home 9-1. Plumber was good, did the work in 45 minutes, but I was still charged the $109 minimum for the 1st 30 min, plus another 30 minutes :(. Overall knowledgeable and quick, but late and a bit expensive for a 45 minute repair job ($187).

We have a 1947 2-story Cape Cod that never had HVAC, only oil heat. I researched several companies, got three proposals, and we chose Kelleher as our contractor. Our decision was based on Kelleher’s reputation, cost, and equipment. I want to thank Steve (HVAC), Nate, and Steve (Electrician) for the amazing work they did! These men were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and meticulous in their work, AND they took the extra time to explain what was happening and why. Given the scope of the job (remove and replace all the old duct work and install new coil/heat pump), the layout and uniqueness of our older home, uncooperative weather, and mostly a two-man crew, Steve and Nate really busted their butts and got the job done. With regard to the number of stars for this review, I never give a top rating for someone who has done the job they are supposed to. I only give top ratings when a person or company has gone above and beyond, which Steve, Nate, and Kelleher as a whole did. Thanks to everyone who helped on this job!

I am typically not one to write poor reviews but we had Kelleher come out to fix our air conditioner over the Summer. They said our unit needed more Freon so he added the Freon and our A/C started working again. After having to follow-up with them several times about billing issues, we called several times with the hope of getting to speak with someone or get them to call back, but ultimately ended up just paying them. We recently were having issues with our heat. We had another company come out and to fix the heat, he had to drain the Freon because Kelleher had put too much in. I do not recommend using Kelleher for any services.

I know our home generator is in good hands when the Kelleher technician shows up for the annual PM service.
Jim is an excellent tech that truly takes pride in his work. I have total confidence that my generator will function properly if needed.

I have used this company for more than 20 years -- for bath and kitchen remodels and for total HVAC replacement two years ago. I recently used them for a faucet replacement for a faucet they originally installed in 2008. We had a bit of a disagreement about some charges, but Kelleher went above and beyond to resolve them to my satisfaction. Because of these efforts, I can recommend the company and will continue to use them in the future.

There isn't enough room here to adequately sing their praises. As a woman on the upwards side of 70, and having had opportunity to work with a number of contractors in caring for my 80-year-old home, I have learned to be nervous and apprehensive when dealing with contractors. This business is TOP NOTCH. From answering all of my questions concerning replacement of my water heater, to delivery and installation, all aspects of this transaction were handled with great care, respect, and professionalism. Punctual, polite, respectful of me and my big dog, and the area in which they worked was left clean. We wouldn't have known they were working there except for the shiny new water heater occupying the space where the old rusting one had been. Many thanks to Brian, Cindy, Steve and Chris for creating this flawless transaction.

Great company! Very responsive, so far they've always been out within the same day of my call. Their techs are happy to explain the issues and how they're being fixed, and pricing is always very reasonable. Nothing feels like a sales pitch or upsell.

I had never used this place before but my usual plumber could not come that day to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. Two guys came right away and installed a new faucet. I picked out the one I wanted from Lowe's online. The guys drove to Lowe's and got the faucet I requested, but the price was double on my bill. I called later that day to report a problem with my cold water tap and asked about the price for the faucet. The rep said they mark up parts when they have to pick them up. The invoice also included a $30 delivery fee in addition to the faucet markup. If I had known I would have taken time off work and got the part myself to save $75 on the part plus the $30 fee. In addition, now I have to wait for someone to come and fix the problem with the new faucet. I do not recommend dealing with this company. I know plumbing services are expensive, but $400 to install a new faucet seems too high.

Can you believe this guy called and tried to bully me over the phone. I told him I have a printout I saved from Lowe's online to show that price for that exact faucet. Stop bothering me. The time to negotiate has passed and your negotiation skills are nil.

We’ve had Kelleher work on two separate projects at our house in the past two years. They are always friendly, extremely knowledgeable, fast, and fair priced. I highly recommend calling Kelleher if you need any HVAC work at your home or business.

We were having trouble with a leaking hot water line that was baffling the contractors dispatched by our home warranty company. The problem (of course) wasn’t covered and seemed to keep escalating to potentially involve major work opening up a slab, but a neighbor recommended we get a second opinion from Kelleher… thank goodness! They came promptly when scheduled to assess the problem. The plumbers dispatched, Daniel and Aaron, were fantastic! They were thorough and explained everything they were doing. Thanks to their skill and detective work, they were able to determine that the problem pipe was and old line that was capped and the end and not feeding anything in the house. Once they determined the problem, they quickly fixed it that day with very minimal demo in order to access, cut, and cap the old pipe at the source. We were so grateful for their service and for saving us from spending what could have amounted to thousands of dollars on a wild goose chase!

Based on my experience with Kelleher over the last 30 years, I highly recommend them. I use them for HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing service; in every instance they have been competent, friendly, on time and charge a reasonable price.

Kelleher's team of technicians were outstanding! They were always professional, on time and courteous. As we have ductless systems through out our home and had not been serviced for quite some time, all the units were in dire need of maintenance. We did expect the charges to be substantial, but when we received the invoice for services rendered, we were taken back by the final cost. When we brought our concerns to Erin, he came by so we could come to a mutual agreement of a fair price.
Needless to say, Erin kept his word and helped reduce the cost.
Normally, we do not write reviews. However, due to the quality of the service performed, the integrity of this family owned business and Erin's ability to listen and work with us on our concerns, a Five Star rating is well deserved.
AS the "trust factor" is a paramount consideration for doing business with any company, we will be using Kelleher for all of our future HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs.

Kelleher was very prompt in addressing my AC issue, fitting me in early the next morning (after a late afternoon call). The technician, Dale, was thorough in diagnosing and resolving the issue. The cost was very fair and a bit less than I expected for the work done. Definitely recommend!

Kelleher is the only company I trust to do exemplary plumbing work. They are honest, their prices are very fair and reasonable, and they work to puzzle out even the most complicated plumbing situation. I highly recommend Kelleher!

Kelleher has done all our plumbing/hvac for decades, from fixing leaks to making a 3-zone heating system functional, something 4 other companies, including the installer, couldn't accomplish. Their most recent job was to stop my 80-yr-old shower and faucet from leaking. They did, and never mentioned that they'd also made the shower flow the best it's been in the 46 years I've lived here, secured a tap cover that was always loose, and unstopped another tub drain that I'd thought was going to require major plumbing. Over the decades, my experience has been that if you want any plumbing/hvac job done right, Kelleher's your prompt, knowledgeable, and reliable company.

They worked overtime knowing a cold snap was coming to get oil delivered. Caring & solid company.

Last week my husband to request an oil delivery. We always get 100 gallons. Have never gotten any amount over that for the past 7 years. My husband asked for the 100 gallons. I looked at my bank account and we had a $975 bill. This was not in our budget. My husband called to ask what the charge was for. They filled out tank up. 244 gallons. This is a huge financial burden for our family. My husband was told they didn't know what happened. The woman he spoke to didn't take the order. Basically not her problem. I will not be ordering oil from Kelleher again.

Seth and Kelleher were recommended to me by a neighbor when my motor blower broke during the brutal freezing temps in January. It was a very stressful time and it was important to me to make informed decisions about which company to contract with and whether I was ready to replace my aging HVAC and upgrade my unit. I decided to go with Kelleher and am SO glad I did. Seth and the entire Kelleher team were knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Seth is super down to earth and relatable, listened to my concerns and the things that were the most important to me, presented me with all the options in a non-pressuring way, shared his knowledge and expertise, and seemed genuinely invested in supporting me to make a decision that most aligned with my values. I feel great about my decision (replaced HVAC and upgraded to a Trane zoning system) and plan to be a regular customer. Highly recommend! Thank you!

The HVAC work was fine, but the $216/hour labor rate (after a $115 minimum service fee) is too expensive. I’ll be using a different company next time — even a flat $150/hour with a $150 minimum would have cost me less than what I paid at Kelleher, even with a discount.

UPDATE: The also like to ask you resubmit a check after the first one is cleared. A very mindful practice indeed.

The gentleman that came to our house was knowledgeable, professional and did a fantastic job. Both of our systems are working better than they have in a couple of years. It turns out the company we had before was not actually cleaning anything. We had no way of knowing that, but Kelleher took care of it!!! Photo is what he found from a system that was allegedly claimed by someone else 2 weeks ago.
