Excelsior Air installed a new Heating & AC system and did an excellent job. Their technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and provided great service.

Fantastic service! They're really committed to helping their customers. They came out right away to fix a broken furnace for me. Zach, the technician, did a great job of explaining things and was very courteous and professional. I was referred to them by a friend, and now I'll be referring all my friends to them.

I only use this company now for my HVAC work because of how trustworthy and knowledgeable they are. I highly recommend this company for your first HVAC to go to. If you are looking for a reputable place, look no further.

Exceptional service. Speedy customer service and very knowledgeable techs. We have been trying to fix our HVAC for 7 months and our installer hasn't been able to pinpoint the issue. Excelsior fixed our problem on their first visit. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough of Jesse and his team. We purchased a new home and had a hard deadline to move in all in about 3.5 weeks. Jesse did a thorough inspection of the existing units, gave us several options and ideas. Not only did he work out a great plan to heat and cool areas that previously had no temperature control, he and his team worked absurdly over time to make sure that the day we moved in we had a working (and lovely) heating and air system throughout the entire house. He answered texts and phone calls whenever I had questions, helped educate me as I tried to make decisions and was more than helpful as we worked on a large job in a very tight timeframe (and worked around other projects I was similarly trying to get completed quickly). Top notch. A+++ on every level.

Zach is excellent. He is always pleasant and professional. Zach always goes above and beyond to explain what service he has performed and any potential work that he thinks may need to be performed. My son has a "pain in the neck " system to access, its on the roof of the building but Zach always brings an assistant and they do what needs to done and it is totally a no stress experience. Highly recommend Zach at Excelsior.

My service technician name is Eric. He is very professional and explained all needed work. I like that Eric takes his time inspecting ac/heating unit thoroughly. I definitely will be acquiring their services in the near future and will highly recommend to friends and others.

Part of our unit froze on Christmas Eve causing heat to stop working. We couldn’t get in touch with any companies that were open until a neighbor referred us to Jesse. I texted him and within 30 seconds I had a response and we were on his list for a visit the same day. Jesse arrived at our house at 830pm on Christmas Eve, crawled under our house in freezing weather, fixed the issue and had our heat back on in no time all for an insanely reasonable price. We will certainly be calling Jesse and Excelsior for everything in the future!

Had issues with Trane system. A Realtor recommended I try Excelsior Air. . Gary showed up on time. He was professional and listened to what the previous issues we had. He fixed the problem many others were unable to find. I wish he was the person who we chose when purchasing two units a few years ago. I highly recommend Gary and this company. Five Stars.

Today I had my HVAC system serived by Excelsior Air. The company is very well organized, starting with their Coorditnator Elizabeth, she set the appointment and kept kept me informed on when the technician is expected to be arriving with alert text msgs implemented in their system. Then Zach arrived one time, he is very knowledgeable and professional, he let me know what he is going to do during his visit and soffered great suggestions on how to keep my HVAC system well maintained. I am very satisfied with their service and 100% recommend using Excelsior.

My furnace would run and then seemingly at random cut off and shut down. A guy who does some repair work for me now and then suggested Excelsior, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of all the staff I dealt with. Zack came to the house, twice--the problem was hard to diagnose because it was impossible to recreate--and explained to me how to find the codes that would get him started. He did nothing that wasn't necessary, and did what he needed to to fix the problem at a very reasonable cost. Have had no problems since, and I was pleased enough to sign a service agreement with them. I recommend Excelsior and Zack highly.

My A/C wasn't working because the drain on my heat-pump was clogged. I called Excelsior and they dispatched a tech to visit four hours later. Gary was professional, prompt, courteous and clear in his communication. I won't hesitate to call Excelsior for my future HVAC needs.

Jesse, Patrick, and Rafael are fabulous! They installed a new mini-split ductless system and were professional, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, and SUPER hard-working. I love my new system, and was so impressed at how they went above and beyond, throughout. They were mindful about cleaning up, offered to remove a really gigantic window unit for me, and made the whole process a pleasure. I'm excited to have a company that I trust for all my work in the future. Thanks to all of you!

Excelsior Air sent Eric over to install a new EcoBee thermostat for me. It was working fine until the next day when a hardware issue wasn't turning the heat on properly. The fact new hardware was failing right out of the box; I decided to purchase a Google Nest thermostat.

Within an hour of my call, Excelsior Air had Eric back over, who switched out the thermostats at no charge.

I couldn't be happier with Eric's expertise and Excelsior Air's customer service.

From the moment they called me to set up an appointment, I knew this experience would be different from the last place I just had. The woman was very polite and bubbly! They got me in within a couple of days after another company failed to get it working for more than 4 days… but DzMitry was absolutely wonderful. He fixed what was missed last time and explained to me how the different components of my air flow amongst other questions I had as a recent first time home buyer. I appreciated the time and knowledge he provided me. I will definitely be going with this company from here on out!!

We called excelsior air because we were having issues with our first floor AC not cooling properly. The technician, I believe his name is Chris showed up on time, repaired the unit ,and told us we do not need to replace the entire unit as we were told previously. He also emailed us a detailed report of his work which was completed. We have not had any issues since his visit. We are so pleased with this company and will continue to work with them in the future. Appreciated the honesty and professional work.
