I wish I had a before picture, but I don’t. Service call and professionalism was above and beyond. My service technician was Caleb, he was very respectful of my home in keeping his work area clean and protected from water damage. Caleb, took pride in his work, meaning you can rest assured that his work was 100% done right the first time around. He will not leave you confused as to what was done and why. He took time to explain everything and made sure you knew how the installed item/system works/operates. Will definitely be my “on call” plumber for my next home improvement project.

I had an electrical panel upgrade on a 60-year-old fuse box. The technicians were very friendly, explained things plainly and never put on any pressure. Mr. Mike was prompt ,courteous, professional and thorough. We had recently had our well pump replaced, and the breaker was suddenly inoperable after 3-4 weeks without any problems. Once he had investigated the issue, he provided a clear plan and price for moving forward to identify the specific problem. He did so efficiently, moving with deliberation and purpose. He found and repaired a burned out wire that the plumbers had accidentally damaged during g the pump repair, and even took photos to show said damage. Once the repair was made, he ensured that each water faucet in the house was operating effectively, and, at my request, provided an estimate for a potential future replacement/install for our old water pressure tank. Thank you for a job well done, for friendly, knowledgeable and thorough customer service—Mr. Mike and Just Better made our day!

After several real bad experiences with two other local contractors, these guys showed up, figured out the problem, replaced 20’ of terra cotta sewer pipe in an afternoon, fixed a small old problem, helped with some advice for another project and we’re on time every time.

Came out same day and for my AC unit! Figured out the problem fast and had me up and running that day!

They helped us with a big situation. They were on top of their game! Easy to deal with and good communication! I highly recommend them!!

the guy I got fixing my sink keeps yelling when he's working and they charge too much he worked just 1hr and he charge me for 2 hrs because he got dispatched 1 hr before he got to my location

The plumbers always come in, take a look and then basically tell you to go get the parts and fix it yourself or call them call them back and waste more money... have had the same experience multiple times and it's very frustrating... would not recommend for plumbing
