I was pleased with the speed of setting up an appointment. The Tech arrived on time. My primary complaint was the price-it was high . My initial thought was just to pay for the service visit however I just wanted to get the work done so I agreed to the price. The Tech initial quoted a price plus the $69 visit fee. I advised him that the person who set up the appt. told me that if I decided to have the work done, the $69 wld be taken off the price which he said “ ok, if that’s what they told you. I was having a toilet flange repaired /replaced and a toilet installed however when the price quoted was over $700, I opted just to have the flanged repaired which was approx $430.
Maybe the price was in line with other companies , it just seems high to me.

The technician was knowledgeable in HVAC, plumbing and electrical and discovered a problem in the AC unit. He had a solution that avoided a much bigger potential problem. I feel he inspected each of the units thoroughly. It was a good value for an annual visit.

We were having a plumbing problem. They answered my call quickly and set up an appointment for that day. It took them 8 hours to get to us, which would have been good to know. The plumber was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. But it seemed like their prices were very high.

Such a wonderful experience with Just Better Home Services! We had a pipe burst in our backyard last night and I had to shut off our water. I called and someone was at my house within a few hours and then first thing the next morning they were here to fix it! Everyone I dealt with was so nice, professional, and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking tons of questions. I’d recommend them to anyone in the Richmond area in a heart beat!

Top notch experience from greeting, appointment set-up to on time arrival and installation. The process from end to end was immediate and you can’t beat next day service on 2 occasions for shower head fix and installation of utility sink. Daunte is the best! Technician, Caleb, was professional and efficient. He quickly completed installation of new breaker and outlet. He gets a high rating. Your company was timely in responding to my call but in the end, your pricing is very high so I will likely not call again.

Fixed a leaking Delta shower faucet. The leak was thoroughly eliminated but the surprise was that the water flow was improved way beyond expectations. The faucet handle and the water temperature adjustment knob are operating smoother than when the original fixture was installed. The pricing was higher than I expected but I’m very pleased with the results.

Electrician was able to arrive early, gave a fair assessment of the work and did a great job rewiring our dishwasher circuit. We had everything remediated within hours of my first call to better up.

Have hired Just Better Home Services for both plumbing and HVAC servicing and have been super pleased. They are honest and fair and do great work. And both times, they were fast. They really are better!
