10/10 would recommend to my family & friends. I had a leaking refrigerator water line issue after normal hours. Hands down AMAZING customer service and was able to fix my issue quickly, along with providing helpful advice. I truly appreciate it and look forward to working with Just Better again!

Excellent serviced provided by Billy. Billy was attentive, timely, punctual, and friendly. He offered clear estimates and completed the assignment in a efficient manner that was convenient for my home and met my electrical needs.

The only problem we had was the tech was a few hours late due to a job prior to ours. Which wasn’t a really huge issue for my family. Aside from that I would highly recommend this company. The tech came out assessed our problem and fixed it promptly he gave us a lot of information on how to keep our sump pump running well replaced the motor and pipes 10/10.

They had a cancellation and were able to see me same day. I was offered a repair or total replacement and the costs for each, as well as offers for courtesy checks on my water pressure. All in all quick, solid work.

Mauricio was very knowledgeable and professional! He unclogged our washer drain and gave us incite on preventative maintenance for future. We appreciate his expertise and service!

I had some VERY bad experiences with another Electrician, and needed help immediately as my house kept losing power. Just Better Home Service answered my call immediately, sent out an electrician immediately. The electrician was very kind and helpful, he listened to my concerns and fixed my issue. They were wonderful, I will definitely use them again in the future.

Mauri was awesome from coming to give us a quote and explaining the different options to coming back and completing the job. He was and is very respectful and polite. He also made sure that he left the area even better than he found it. My husband wasn’t home and had to call in. My husband asked Mauri a question about another minor job and he took the time to walk both of us through fixing that problem on our own. We will definitely use Better Homes in the future.

Just Better Home Services responded very quickly to my problem and did a fantastic job of diagnosing my problem. Mauricio listened as to my concerns and recommended a solution which should correct the issue. This is my 3rd time utilizing JBHS and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others. These folks got to me first thing in the morning after my nighttime call to the scheduling service. Most other plumbers weren’t going to come out until significantly later. I’ve never seen a plumber earn their money with such hard work (it took 3 hours to fix the sewer issue) but the amount of money was reasonable to have everything fixed as soon as possible. The plumber also went above and beyond to explain the problem and let me know what was going on with my pipes.

We needed help on a chirping smoke detector that was signaling "system malfunction". It was not solved by changing batteries or even by a new smoke detector before we contacted Just Better Home Services. I had called several companies, but could only get an appointment 10 days away! I had an emergency plumbing problem. I called at 7am and the problem was resolved by 9am the same morning. Absolutely hands down the most outstanding home service I have ever received from any company. The technician Mauri was friendly, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have entered them in my contacts and plan to use them for anything I may need in the future including maintaining my HVAC system. I have never in my life been more impressed with a company's response and resolution.

Great experience with the AC tune up with Tyler ahead of the summer season. Would recommend this company to anybody for their HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical needs. I have also used them in the past for a plumbing issue and they resolved it quickly.

We are very impressed with the service at Just Better Home Services. They came with a recommendation from a friend (that had urgent plumbing issues) so we figured that we tried them for a smaller home project. Everything was very efficient and it only took 2 days from us sending the initial online request to their staff coming out to perform the service.
