I have been a customer since 1984, almost 40 years! I trust Garneski with installing and maintaining my HVAC system, and when needed, diagnostics and repairs.
Today Oscar and Aaron performed Spring maintenance on my A/C unit. They were professional, personable, and patiently answered all my questions. They also gave me “tips” on what I, as a homeowner, can do to get the best performance out of my HVAC system.

Garneski (and Oscar) are always fantastic. They’ve kept my systems working well for more than a decade. The one time there was a real issue - they took care of it quickly and without hassle. Sometimes it’s difficult to justify a maintenance contract year after year, when things are not breaking...but that’s exactly the point. I know my systems work because Garneski put them in and take care of them. I’ve never once felt that my technician was trying to “find” problems or take advantage - quite the opposite. I always feel that Oscar (and the Garneski team) are genuinely looking out for me.

Mike provided the best service call that I've experienced in my decades as a home owner. He explained everything he was doing along the way and offered tips and advice that I am working on implementing. The call was for my AC, but he checked everything out and even noticed a critical problem with my water heater / furnace venting. Before his visit, I was just going to pay the one-time call fee, but since he was so amazing, I've signed up for the annual service contract. BZ to Mike!!

I have been with Garneski for the last 15 years. However this company has not been the same lately and their pricing is way above others to the point where I think this company is now scamming good customers like me. I am no longer a fan of Garneski and would recommend you to do proper diligence and get quotes from other companies before doing business with Garneski.
Case: I have been charged $1443 for replacing an emergency heater pack which material cost is about $200 and 1 hr labor.

Our air conditioning wasn’t working, so we called Garneski again. Parris came to check it out and he was awesome! He gave us all the options and helped us choose the best one to get the most life out of our current system. We are 2x happy customers, and plan to continue using Garneski.

Sam was a great technician. He arrived on time and told us it would take a little while to fix the leaks on our carrier system When he finished up he assured us that the work was done, and he also did our fall check up. Sam is a keeper. Jon is another great new technician. We enjoyed him very much. He’s honest, friendly and skilled thanks, Garneski!

Craig Moss is very thorough, professional, and personable. We have used Garneski since their inception. Always top notch service and we have had great experiences. They worked with us to give us a fair price in replacing our unit. We have so much respect for the people who work at Garneski, great job!

Mr. Michael Terry is professional, courteous, informative and respectful. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He provided insight and options as to how I could maximize the air quality in my home. He shared with me the air purification system he personally uses and why. It was not a sales pitch but a genuine discussion. He is a great customer facing employee of Garneski AC & Heating and one I’d gladly welcome back to my home.

In September 2022 I purchased a new Carrier HVAC system from Garneski, thanks to a friend referral. The installation went smoothly, and as I had purchased an energy efficient unit, I immediately saw savings. Fast forward and it's time for my summer inspection as part of my service plan, and they sent me a reminder to schedule, got me on the calendar, and sent another reminder the day before the appointment, which was for a two hour window - 10AM to 12PM.

The technician, Mike Bitter, was there at 10AM (actually 9:50am) and went right to work. As this was a new system for me, I tagged along and he ran me through the digital thermostat so I could set it up for my family schedule, then took me through the inspection of both the inside and outside units, answering my many questions enthusiastically and clearly. I feel very well taken care of, and would recommend Garneski highly.

I have had excellent service with Garneski. Craig Moss and his assistant (I forgot to get his name) were excellent, professional, friendly even liked dogs. The oustide unit wouldn’t turn on, they figured it was a two-part repair. Price was reasonable and I was happy to have my A/C back especially with the ever changing weather. I would highly recommend Garneski Air Conditioning and Heating Co.

I just got robbed by them for “inspecting and tuning up” my a/c when in reality it was never even remotely touched and I got charged. It’s always technician based so I guess you could say mine didn’t care at all. When I confirmed and asked all the questions I needed, he must have lied.

Come the heat, the entire house burned up to 80+ and Garneski is nowhere to be around. Please avoid this place. I’ve never been more disappointed and will be requesting my money back asap

We’ve had a few services completed by Residential and they are truly the best!

Most recently Brice and TJ did a very throughout vent cleaning for us - they did a great job with the service, were very communicative and helpful, were able to get us scheduled quickly, and even brought in groceries for my wife (with a newborn) without being asked.

They also replaced our entire HVAC system last year and we've had no issues since. Just a really well run and executed team with very fair pricing.

Guys did a great job, and service came back promptly the next morning at 8am to fix one wire connection. Great service thank you

Have used Residential Express twice now for HVAC servicing / repair, and they have been great so far. Scheduling has been very responsive and flexible, and the service technicians have been professional and friendly. I am happy to continue to use Residential Express for my HVAC needs in the future.

We had Brice P come to do a vent cleaning for us and he and the team member he brought with him did an amazing job for us. They were honest, professional, and thorough. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. Five star service.

Fantastic experience. Maged came out within an hour of my first call, but did not have expertise in my particular unit. He was able to get another technician out to definitively diagnose the issue. William diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and came out to install the next day.

Maged, William, and Mario did a fantastic job and I could not be more pleased. They were on time, their dispatch worked very well, and they were very thorough in testing the fix.

While my issue was a bit more expensive to fix then Google suggested, after seeing all the work that went in and how thorough they were, I felt like I got my moneys worth. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

This is the second time we’ve used this company to clean our dryer vent. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Arrives on time, worked efficiently and were very professional. We’ll definitely use them again. We liked them so much that we’re having them clean our HVAC vents.
