We have a contract with them, have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years and they left us today with no water and a leaking water heater after we paid them to install a new water heater. The installer walked out without a word and we now have no water and a leak all weekend. Buyer beware -- this is how they treat their customers who have a contract and have been loyal for over a decade

We have used Garneski to service our HVAC and water heater for years and have had only one issue which was rectified immediately. Brian did a great job, he is a real asset to the company.

The Garneski technician, Oscar, did a thorough job of inspecting my AC unit, and communicating to me step-by-step how I can further protect my unit in the future. He was courteous and professional at all times. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Absolutely LOVE their customer service! Tawanda(sp) was super friendly, patient, and informative on the phone. Was able to quickly dispatch someone earlier than the time expected. Jose A. was our tech. I really appreciated how quickly he responded, super respectful, professional, and even wore a mask and booties on his shoes w/o me having to ask! Got the job done quickly. Was so pleased I signed on for a one-year contract. Highly recommend!

I have always received very good service from Garneski's A/C. Their techs are knowledgeable and thorough in their service, Carlos runs thru what he will be checking on my unit before he starts, and, then gives me an detailed accounting of what he found after completing his service check. I can highly recommend Garneski's, very professional service.

We had the technician Oscar come today to our house to assess our broken unit. He was a very professional and knowledgeable man. He did a thorough job of checking every possibility of the unit not working to ensure either an easy fix or entire replacement. I enjoyed his services as we are renters and I felt as though he was honest and kind. He also noticed some other extreme dangers with our unit/ furnace and took the measures necessary to ensure our safety. He was clean and equipped with all the safety precautions as well. I have been dealing with Garneski for a number of years. Their technicians are all excellent. Their technical knowledge is first class. They are friendly, accommodating, and efficient professionals. The prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work. I had them install a new HVAC system six years ago and have a 10-year warrantee and maintenance contract with them. They check out my system twice a year and do any needed maintenance. The system they installed works beautifully and the only payments I have made in the past six years are the annual maintenance fees.

Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was great. Mike was very prompt in providing estimates, including revisions over the weekend, and took the time to detail all the options without any pressure or upselling. The installation team was very accommodating to our busy schedule and was efficient and clean with their work. Jimmy was very thorough in explaining how to use the new smart system with zoning. We have already noticed a huge improvement in the comfort of our home. Many thanks to all.

We have used Garneski for a number of years now. Their yearly maintenance agreements allow routine checks to avoid any surprises. The heat wave hit our system and it was necessary for an out of cycle visit. A quick trip to the website, and an appointment window opened up allowing for a very quick response. Mike called in advance of arrival, went through the situation and solutions and also provided recommendations to keep the system in best possible condition until the next check. They installed the system three years ago. The technician that arrived actually helped install the system and configure it. And once again I learned something more than I knew before. He taught me features of how to program my thermostat that I did not know previously. And he did a great job checking out the entire heating system and checking into the details to make sure everything was good including my humidifier. Since I purchased the system from Garneski Air I have had nothing but extremely positive experience with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for service and or a new system. Especially a new system because you want to start off with the right company.

Our technician checks and double checks his work and before leaving answers any questions we may have. Everything is well documented and transparent.

I have given Garneski A/C and heating five stars in the past for their excellent performance throughout our process, a year ago, of buying a new furnace and having it installed in our home. Mr. Garneski, himself, came to our home and oversaw the process of taking the measurements necessary for installation, and I could see how much he cared about his company and customers. The two-man team who installed the furnace were knowledgeable and professional, doing as neat a job with the duct work as I've seen.

I have a service contract with Garneski for annual inspections of the furnace and new A/C unit they sold and installed five years ago. I recommend this plan to anyone who buys a new unit from Garneski to heat or cool their home. Bill came last week and did a thorough inspection of our A/C system, which has worked without problems since we purchased it. He was courteous, professional, and knows his business, inside and out, furnace to A/C unit. Bottom line: I recommend Garneski without reservation.

Garneski’s teams have serviced our home hvac systems at two residences now and we have always been happy with the personnel and their quality of work. Today was no exception. We recently purchased a new home with multiple zones of heat and air conditioning. We had Garneski inspect the existing systems which were in good condition. We had Garneski install a whole house humidifier and an ultraviolet air purifier. They suggested adding emergency shutoff switches in the event of flooding. We went with their recommendations and are glad to have the added safety.
Over the years, Garneski installed an AC unit and a new gas heater at our townhouse, as well as doing bi-yearly inspections. We will continue our relationship with Garneski into the future for care and maintenance on both of our properties. Whenever we’ve needed them, and we’ve had a few emergencies, Garneski always came out quickly and solved our problems.

Requested service/maintenance to my HVAC through Carrier website. Choose Garneski for the positive review and a schedule was made promptly. Oscar was assigned for the job and he called to confirm. On site he assessed the system and informed me of my options and no scare tactics. Paperwork related to the job was provided as soon as he left. I have signed up for their annual plan. It is an affirmation that they can deliver. Like that most of the scheduling and paperwork’s is done online.

I've been using garneski for many years. They have great customer service and great technicians. Recently, I've had Oscar and Michael - both very friendly and knowledgeable about my system. Michael in particular handled a challenging problem with a great attitude. Would recommend.
