"Mike" of "Chris Mechanical Services" was amazing. My system was finally properly diagnosed and repaired. My recent purchase of a townhome included the electric heat pump system repair. The seller kept sending his people "Green Run" to fix it. After more than 12 visits they gave up. This was due to the fact that they never took the system apart thoroughly. I never saw them do very much at all. But all it took Chris Mechanical Services was 1 visit to diagnose where everything was checked right down to ground level. And a 2nd visit to do the work once the parts were ordered. For anyone out there, in my area 23462, if you need any of their services, hire Chris Mechanical Services, where you'll receive quality work and fair prices.

Jeff was excellent and very professional. He showed on time when scheduled. He went through the checks on my HVAC meticulously checking to ensure the unit operated properly for the upcoming winter months. He patiently answered all my questions and took the time to show me important parts of my unit. Odd highly recommend CHRIS for your HVAC needs

Benjamin, the technician from Chris Mechanical Services, arrived at the starting time of the three-hour window of my appointment. He wore protective gear over his shoes when entering and was so considerate of my home. He explained everything that was completed during the service and was so kind and friendly. I appreciate his attentiveness and how quickly he was able to finish the work. Thank you!

Always on time and call when they are otw. Have used them for 17 years, had a new system installed in my primary residence and they service my secondary property. They wont walk in and try to sell you a new system. If your old system is repairable Greg can get it running. If you decide to upgrade, they offer financing. The best part about this family owned company is the service. Even if it is the dead of winter or hottest day of the summer, they will respond as quickly as possible.

Just want to share my great experience that I've had with Chris Mechanical. I was in need of complete removal and replacement of HVAC Gaspak and ductwork. The job was completed in a timely fashion and with such great attention to detail and professionalism which I had not experienced until now. Chris spent a great deal of time determining the best and most thoughtful way to approach my issues which I greatly appreciate. Each member of his team brought great knowledge and professionalism with complete respect for my property and me. Grateful to have cozy heat just before the Cold front. 🥶 Impressive team. Chris Mechanical Services was able to come out the same day and immediately identify the issue that was preventing our heat from working. With temperatures in the 20s and more cold weather in the forecast, that responsiveness made a huge difference. Professional, efficient, and clearly knows their stuff. Very glad I called them and would absolutely use them again.

Old HVAC furnace for downstairs of house crapped out. Called Chris Mechanical who responded and quickly diagnosed problem (cracked heat exchanger) and showed me photos of damage discovered. Company had a quote prepared for a replacement unit by morning of next day at a lower price than my research had anticipated. Only issue from that point was having to wait for an available spot to schedule a job that large which was a week out. Was offered complimentary space heaters to take the edge off while waiting, but turned down since I have my own. Got a call from Chris a couple days later saying he could move the install forward to that very day after discovering the job scheduled for that day was for an unoccupied rental property and could be switched with mine. Obviously took him up on the offer. Company arrived at 8:30 am and had new unit installed and working properly by 2:00 pm. Very friendly and helpful technicians. Pleased to do business with Chris Mechanical. Highly recommend if you find yourself needing these types of services.

If I could give BAJA Heating and Cooling 10 stars I would. Our AC decided to die during a heatwave. I messaged BAJA at 2:00am and first thing that morning I had a call and they were able to get a tech out to me that afternoon, which already felt like a miracle. Cody was our tech, he was honest and fair about the options we had to get back up and running and I felt comfortable that we received a fair price. He was patient with my questions and gave many options. I felt we had different options and never felt pressured. They were able to schedule a full AC repair within 48 hours and even loaned us window units so our house wasn't 80 degree's while we waited. It really felt like they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Excellent communication, quick response, professional service and fair price. I am SO grateful for BAJA and we will be lifelong customers. This is the place you want to call if you have AC/Heat problems.

I’ve used BAJA for almost 10 years. Scheduling is easy on their website or by text, and everyone is always very nice. Reasonable prices for honest work. Highly recommended.

I've never done this so I'm hoping I'm doing it right Baja heating and cooling came to my house yesterday because I was without heat for almost 2 weeks those boys didn't excellent job it took them all day which it usually takes 2 days to get it done but they stayed and got it done if I can give him a 10-star I would they're awesome I highly recommend them to anyone
