Excellent service with the install of my new system. Greg and Christian were extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, and professional with everything they did!

Replace a breaker in the box that was higher than it called for. Very efficient and very polite. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I would recommend them to anyone. They are top notch!

This was the first time Ben serviced my HVAC. He went above and beyond by replacing one of my air filters which is in a cathedral ceiling. He also found some trouble that I will be having with one of my units and will be taking care of me in the future. Vann is very knowledgeable and a personable young man.

Outstanding HVAC Installation Experience!
I can't say enough great things about the team that installed our new HVAC system! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and incredibly well-executed. The installation crew arrived right on time, and their professionalism was top-notch. They treated our home with respect, laid down protective coverings, cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, and worked with impressive efficiency. You could tell they took real pride in their work.

Technician was great! I was out of town, so he walked through the process with the wife, found the problem and fixed - straight away. He called me to ensure we understood the problem and cost + treated my wife with respect and helped her understand what he was doing to resolve issues. Great Service & reasonable pricing (even for emergency appointment). Totally satisfied.

Chris Mechanical is the only HVAC company I’d do business with. A few points to improve on service. My appointment time was changed on us. Would have appreciated a call. Also, didn’t receive the usual, “I’m on my way to you” notification. There are times we can’t get to the door quickly. Advanced notice makes sure we’re ready.

My gas-hot water heater went out all the way! I went back to Chris Mechanical. They did great work before on my AC unit. Greg got me going and I got an estimate asap. Got a new water heater and it was installed quickly. I would highly recommend this business if you need ac work or a new water heater. Good people, fair pricies, and exceptional service.

I would love to have Chris Mechanical Services come back again to do more services for me in the future. I did not feel pressured into buying a new unit and was able to fix my current unit for a reasonable price.

I also appreciate the very professional and kind repairman who came to fix my AC unit.

It's a pleasure to commend and recommend Chris Mechanical for a job extremely well done. My AC suddenly shut down recently during one of the hottest days of the summer so far. I tried calling the large, local HVAC company, with whom I have a standing service contract, and was told they couldn't get to me, even on an "emergency basis" for an entire week. A couple more phone calls to other firms yielded similar results. Luckily my neighbor uses Chris Mechanical and referred me to them. Remarkably, despite a busy schedule, Greg from Chris Mechanical arrived at my house in under an hour. He was able to diagnose the problem (an uncommon one) quickly, make all the necessary repairs, and have the AC unit back working perfectly within the next hour. Just an outstanding job from start to finish under stressful circumstances (at least to me). And the amount he charged was extremely reasonable even under normal circumstances, let alone after taking time to respond to someone who was not even a steady client. However, I expect to be one from now on and I highly recommend Chris Mechanical for exceptional HVAC work at a reasonable price. They certainly came through for me.

We have a few noisy dogs and our house is in still under renovation, the technician was not judgemental as some repairs services have been in the past. He was friendly and explained everything with simple terminology. Quickly diagnosed the issues as well as checking the complete system. Once finished payment was quick and easy. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and respect to customers. The picture shows when the outside unit stopped working.

Mike has been my technician both times. He incredibly informed and personable. Mike has done a great job explaining the current condition of my HVAC system and how he would proceed with maintenance and repair until a replacement is needed (15 year old unit). I would easily recommend Mike from Chris Mechanical to anyone looking for HVAC repair/maintenance.

I am so grateful for Mike, the Technician who came today. Not only did he install a vent for my garage, he noticed that the furnace fan was not cutting on correctly. I told him that a different technician had just been here 2 weeks ago to fix that, apparently a wire had come loose during the furnace check that was done about 2weeks prior to that and it was not noticed until my thermostat failed to connect with the furnace. The technician at that time said he repaired it. But today Mike found that it was still not operating correctly. After installing the vent in the garage, he checked the furnace and found that only one wire had been connected correctly, and he fixed it. This would have been connected to the AC unit outside and I might not have noticed it for months. THANK YOU , MIKE, for taking such good care of my HVAC needs.

Christian was amazing today and so was his partner. They got here promptly at 8 o’clock in the morning and did an amazing job installing a new panel.
