I love that you get a picture of your technician that is coming. I called at 8am and at 10am they showed up even though they were totally booked for the day. Mike was very nice and talked us through everything. We felt confident in his skills and that he wasn’t there to sell us stuff. This will be our go to HVAC from now on.

This is the second home we have had to put in a new HVAC system. I used Chris Mechanical then and I’ll keep using them!!

Didn't have cold air from AC. Technician came over and found a low R410A refrigerant charge due to a refrigerant leak at the filter dryer braze joint near the air handler. He pumped out the system, brazed it to seal the leaking joint, pressure tested, placed system into a vacuum, opened the service valves, added 3 lbs of R410A, and verified proper system operation. Since it was part of a previous job from last year, it was automatically covered under warranty, which was great!

These guys knocked out the installation of new ductwork in my home very professionally and in a timely manner that was hard to believe. Cleanliness like they had not been there.

Initial complaint was that a/c unit was blowing hot air in upstairs bedrooms and bath. Tech quickly determined that capacitor was bad in unit and replaced it. After replacement, he checked to ensure unit had adequate refrigerant and was producing satisfactory cooling. Also checked unit in attic to ensure condensate line was not blocked and that coil was not corroded. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and was pleasant throughout the repair visit. I've used Chris Mechanical for the last 15 years or so, and will remain with them. Highly recommended.

Be careful being on the road with this company. I was driving with my toddler in the car when the driver from this company almost ran us off the road as we are trying to merge to the highway. The driver then decided to flip me off once we were on the highway and was laughing at me and he could see my toddler in this car. If this is how your employee acts i don’t want to know what the service is like. You made my toddler cry.
