This company has been so helpful and responsive. We had an issue with a heating vent and they were flexible enough to come out the same day I called, order the part and make the fix the next day. Will always use Galactic Air for heating and cooling needs.

The HVAC (Heat Pump) system in my house is VERY old and I am always worried that one day it is going to die and not be worth fixing. Last summer the outside unit would not come on and I thought for sure the compressor was bad. My house was like an oven for a long time because I was afraid to call for a repair and get really bad news. When the heat became intolerable I called Galactic Air Inc., and I was very glad I did. Last night it was 22 degrees outside and once again my heat pump was not working. This time I knew what was broken. The compressor out side was coming on and the heat strips for emergency heat were coming on, but there was no air flow coming from the duct work. I have a much lower tolerance for being cold than I do for being hot, so I called Galactic Air again. Since I bought this house with the VERY old heat pump I have had to call Galactic Air about four times to bring it back to life. Every experience I have had with them has been excellent. They always come in a very timely manner, diagnose the problems quickly and get my system back up and running in very short order, and at a very reasonable price. Galactic Air Inc. is an excellent company and I would highly recommend them for HVAC system repairs and maintenance. When my VERY old heat pump finally dies it's last death and goes to the heat pump cemetery, I will definitely be calling Galactic Air Inc. to purchase and install a new system for my house.

The customer service was excellent! (From my first phone call to Josh through my installation completion). The entire process was a great experience from beginning to end! Josh was very professional, yet personable, as well as the install techs and office staff. They were always on time, efficient, and careful to protect my home. The install service also included a water drainage system for the AC unit to protect my patio! I was not expecting this but I love it! I also was able to purchase a top tier HVAC system for a better price than I was quoted for less reputable brands. I highly recommend Galactic!

My landlord used them and after 3 years of the A/C not cooling it is back, and was an easy fix. When you call them they call you right back, so fast. They are very knowledgeable and efficient even helping and explaining things to me for future reference. Will definitely use them in the future.

Don came out and checked my unit there was nothing wrong with the unit . Don took the time to explain why the unit was not cooling properly and gave excellent suggestions. An amazing honest company! Found my HVAC company for life!

I got my second opinion on our water heater from them after having another companycompa and just look at it without really lifting a finger telling me that I just need a new water heater, charging me 80$. I'm glad I did! Very honest, nice people. Won't go to anyone else again!

This company hires rock stars. I called about my air conditioning unit and it gets taken care of with a breeze. April was a huge help and answered any questions that I had. The techs are professional and courteous. They even took off there boots before entering my house. I had an air conditioner swap and new duct run under the house. I couldn’t thank you guys more, Thank you!

We called Dave's yesterday and were pleased to be given an appointment today. We were told The tech would be at our home between 2 and 4. My husband took time off work and had to take an Uber to get home as he just had shoulder surgery. The tech never showed up or called. We called at 4 and they took our information but it is now 6 and we have not been contacted. 3 hours of work and an Uber ride lost for NOTHING! Don't trust them!!!

My AC stopped working last night, and April had me taking care of the next morning. Don knew the problem, and got the parts ASAP!! He had my AC up and running in no time!! Performed a Service Check on heat pump and Air Handler. Freon measured on point, no leaks and units working well. Did not cause a problem which has happened with another company, or try to sell us something we don't need right now. Very personable. I've been using them for a few years now I am happy with their service and recommend them highly.

Dave's is by far one of the best companies I have ever used. They are extremely honest and their prices are very fair. They have come to my home to check a possible AC problem, didn't find one and did not charge for a service call. Now that's what I call exemplary customer service.
