I had to get a vent boot removed, replaced, and moved to another area in my bathroom before a bathroom install. Rob was very knowledgeable and courteous to me. Due to the install uncertainty, he coordinated to get the job done prior to the install and made sure I was involved with the decision of where the vent should be placed. His team was very cordial and very nice to talk to. I am very happy with the work that was done. I definitely will use them again if needed and will suggest them to others.

I had to contact Rob during my bathroom install because water was pouring from my AC unit. I just had a vent boot installed and moved to another area in my bathroom a week earlier by Rob and his company. He sent his people out about a half hour later and they found the cause of the problem immediately. Thanks to his quick response it's saved me from spending more money on my water bill. The installation crew was prompt, thorough, and took time to explain the process of what was going one. They sought to clean up the finish appearance of the installation and were concerned over paint damage that they did not even cause.
We have used Galactic twice now and will be keeping them as our HVAC service team.

Kitchen range hood duct sealing and external vent cap install,
after one failed attempt and after complaining about wrong installation, it was delivered after 3 visits or so (having to finish some details by myself), it seems not to be their main skill set to be fair, but definitely not the service expected.
