Dave’s Air Conditioning, April, took my money on February 7, 2023 for a new Heating and Air conditioning Unit. Never installed always excuses. Requested my money back which they have not provided, my money, has been stolen.The company address I have found was closed and not licensed.
DO NOT USE THE COMPANY.

In May of 2017, Daves HVAC replaced a heat pump at my property. *AND* they registered the warranty, which extended the coverage period an additional 5 years!!! When the compressor failed in April of 2023, we were able to save a lot of money when the manufacturer honored their extended warranty! Way to go Dave's Air Conditioning and Heating!

I can't say enough nice things about Dave''s Air Conditioning and Heating. They've installed and maintained our heat pump system for over 25 years, and have always been there when we needed them. Last year, they replaced our old system. Recently, we discovered that a manufacturing defect had caused irreparable damage to most of the system. Dave's replaced the damaged components without question or pause. We really appreciate their professionalism and outstanding customer service.

We just recently bought a house and had issues with the A/C unit soon after. Two companies came out and told us that the unit was too small for the house because the house wouldn't cool and would run all day long. Dave's A/C and Heating was the company that put it in back in 2015. We called to see if they could help us out with why this size was put in and why it was signed off before closing by Dave's that everything was working properly, which we found out was not. I spoke with April every time that I called and eventually she informed us that they would swap the unit out with one that is a proper size for our house and provide us with the 10 year warranty. I honestly was so shocked and couldn't be more grateful for their amazing customer service. They did not have to do that but she explained to us that she didn't think it was fair for us to be in the middle. I would highly recommend Dave's and we will use them for service if/when we ever need someone. Thank you for being so amazing!

My air ducts, under the house were originally installed in the 1970's. I got bids from 3 companies. Dave's A/C & Heating was the most reasonable for the estimate, they went under the house and gave me a report as to the condition. I hired them to totally replace the ducts and was happy with their work. They were done in a day and 3/4 and cleaned up after themselves. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again for heating and cooling issues in the future and highly recommend them.

Jerimiah was sent with my home warranty company. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly.

They are the best in the business. Professional techs and very understanding of our ever variable schedules. Lucas was kind, honest, and just an all around great person representing the company. A lady named Melissa who handled the scheduling on our project was very professional every time my wife and I have questions over the phone. Her unwavering support help us to tackle problems that came along the way. In addition, all the three crew members and their field supervisor Mike who came to install our new A/C unit were on time and within the schedule despite of the bad weather we're having that morning. They were also very courteous all the time and finished the job professionally. I recommend Rescue Air to anybody!

I spoke to Joe first thing in the morning, and he was able to get me in even though they were booked due to the hot weather! Mike came to fix my issue… He was very professional, friendly and likes dogs!

Rescue indeed! In the midst of a literal melt down these guys were immediately there to help! Insanely fast response time, everyone was SO friendly and super informative! Joseph is an amazing technician! He was pleasant and very straightforward and honest about the entire process. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and more than answered all of my questions. By the end I felt like I was presented several very good options and at the same time didn’t need to decide much of anything because I trusted his recommendations. Inviting a stranger into your home at an urgent, unexpected time is scary enough but Joseph made it a smooth, comfortable, and easy experience. He will be the first person I call for any help in the future!

Joseph with Rescue Air was very unprofessional and argumentative. Mind you we were without heat for almost two months. We had put a claim in with our warranty company in the beginning of December. Joseph came out, and diagnosed the unit. A few weeks later we had another technician who voiced he had absolutely no turnover from the previous. I spoke with Joseph who stated I had to call the warranty company to get the job completed. I called, the warranty company stated they never got a diagnosis from Rescue Air to proceed with the job. When I called back to Joseph he made me feel like he was just going to fix it out of the kindness of his heart and he voiced his discernment for the warranty companies. The third technician came out with a 20 minute notice, he took around two hours and stated it was fixed. Our unit now sounds like an 18 wheeler is coming through the ceiling, our son wakes up at night and we can hear it in the next room over. When I called regarding a follow up for this a couple days later I received no response. Once I got ahold of them I was met with an argumentative unprofessional conversation. I am a military Veteran who has owned multiple homes in multiple states; with home warranty, and have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism.

Thank you Rescue Air for coming to our rescue! On the hottest day of the year our air conditioner quit, on a Saturday late afternoon of course! Joseph Moss came out early on Sunday morning and fixed it. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything about our unit and where yo go from here. Melissa in the office was great setting everything up, explaining everything and keeping in contact.
Two other staff came out a couple days later to do maintenance and clean the units. They were friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t leave any messes inside or out.
I highly recommend this company! They are courteous and knowledgeable. Their prices are also reasonable.

Only honest company around. i had multiple HVAC companies come out to give me a quote on a minor issue i was having with my system. Most companies told me i needed a whole new unit (mind you my unit is 3 years old) but this company fixed my problem in just 15 short minutes. I am so thankful and will be using this company from here on out.

Cannot thank this company enough. A small company who has a professional dispatcher and techs. Called all the other big name HVAC companies in the area and these guys were the only ones that could get to us in a timely fashion. We will never call another company again. Highly recommend.

Called when my ac went out and they had someone here in a couple hours. Michael came out and was amazing. Diagnosed and repaired the unit and it's running better than it ever has. Extremely happy with the entire process.

My AC went out suddenly after having the unit for only a few years. Corey came out to fix it, he was very polite and knowledgeable. Informed me it was something he could fix quickly and it’ll be up and running. He did a great job he was very professional. Will be using this company again if I have any troubles.
